El presente trabajo consiste en la realización de un análisis para la evaluación de la
deseabilidad, factibilidad y viabilidad de nuestra iniciativa de inversión, basada en la
formación de una empresa denominada “Alimentando Sonrisas Reciclando” (ASORE) que se
dedicará al servicio de acopio y comercialización de botellas PET recicladas provenientes de
los centros mayoristas de reciclado, edificios multifamiliares y empresas privadas, y que a su
vez apoyará a combatir la anemia en los niños entre 6 a 35 meses de edad en la Región
Callao.
El punto de partida consistió en la investigación del usuario, que en nuestro caso es el
beneficiario, y este estudio se realizó en el asentamiento humano “25 de Febrero”, ubicado en
el Callao, para ello se identificó las necesidades que tiene el usuario beneficiario, para poder
diseñar una solución e identificar una propuesta de valor tanto para el beneficiario como para
el cliente. Las fases posteriores comprenden la validación de las hipótesis para la
deseabilidad, factibilidad y viabilidad de implementar una planta recicladora y
comercializadora de botellas PET, a través de experimentos y entrevistas realizadas. Luego,
se presenta un plan de mercadeo donde se determina el mercado objetivo, el análisis de los
competidores y el marketing mix; asimismo, se presenta un plan de operaciones donde se
especifican la localización de la empresa, diseño del proceso, equipos requeridos y un análisis
a la normativa aplicable a nivel nacional.
La evaluación financiera de este estudio permitió concluir que el plan presentado es
viable debido a que el VANF fue positivo y de 2.0 millones de soles en 5 años de proyección
bajo un escenario conservador; respaldado por una TIR igual a 97% para cada flujo
respectivo. Asimismo, la rentabilidad social de este emprendimiento VANS fue de
aproximadamente 0.5 millones de soles en 5 años, un 24% del VANF. / The present research consists of carrying out an analysis for the evaluation of the desirability,
feasibility and viability of our investment initiative, based on the creation of a company
called "Alimentando Sonrisas Reciclando" (ASORE) that will be dedicated to the service of
collection and marketing of recycled PET bottles from wholesale recycling centers, multi family buildings and private companies, and which in turn will support the reduce the anemia
in children between 6 and 35 months of age in the Callao Region.
The starting point consisted in the investigation of the user, which in our case is the
beneficiary, and this study was carried out in the human settlement "25 de Febrero", located in
Callao, that were identified the needs of the beneficiaries, to be able to design a solution and
identify a value proposition for the beneficiary and the client. The subsequent phases include
the validation of the hypotheses for the desirability, feasibility, and viability of implementing
a PET bottle recycling and marketing plant, through experiments and interviews. Then, a
marketing plan is presented where the target market, the analysis of the competitors and the
marketing mix are determined; likewise, we present an operations plan where the location of
the company is specified, process design, the required equipment and an analysis of the
applicable regulations at the national level are specified.
The financial evaluation of this research allowed us to conclude that the plan presented
is viable since the VANF is positive and 2.0 million soles in 5 years of projection under a
conservative scenario, which is also supported by an IRR equal to 97% for each respective
flow. Likewise, the social profitability of this VANS was approximately 0.5 million soles in 5
years, 24% of VANF.
