250551.pdf: 5951540 bytes, checksum: 24ec1571222677d71e66e7a9a271ee82 (MD5) / Para o diagnóstico dos sistemas produtivos há os métodos de Mapeamento de Fluxo de Valor (MFV) e Benchmarking Enxuto (BME), este desenvolvido pelo Laboratório de Simulação de Sistemas de Produção (LSSP) da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Este trabalho tem por objetivo descrever a aplicação desses dois métodos em três empresas de Santa Catarina, de forma a analisar e sugerir possíveis melhorias e integrações entre eles. Inicialmente, as empresas e seus sistemas produtivos são apresentados, com foco no detalhamento do setor objeto dos estudos de caso. Na seqüência, são apresentados o MFV realizado para o estado atual em que se encontrava o setor e o MFV proposto, o estado futuro. Em seguida, faz-se a aplicação do BME, com a determinação dos seus pontos fortes e fracos, identificados a partir da análise das práticas e performance das variáveis Demanda, Produto, PCP e Chão de Fábrica. A partir da aplicação do MFV e do BME nessas três empresas, identificou-se que, de modo geral, o primeiro método foca-se no processo operacional, enquanto o BME direciona de forma estratégica dados agregados resultantes da discussão do grupo multidisciplinar. Através das aplicações pôde-se concluir que os métodos apresentaram-se complementares, com o BME aprofundando-se na análise do layout, da polivalência, da manutenção, do projeto do produto e da demanda, enquanto o MFV, em contrapartida, permite identificar no detalhe cada processo do fluxo, determinando o lead time por meio de estoques de matéria-prima, em processo e produto acabado. Ainda, este se caracteriza por ser um método visual de fácil compreensão, que permite enxergar os desperdícios de estoque, de superprodução e de processo, entre outros benefícios.
As methods for diagnostic of the productive systems there are Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Benchmarking Lean (BME), this developed by Production Simulation Systems Laboratory (LSSP) of the Federal Santa Catarina University (UFSC). This work objectives to describe the application of these two methods in three Santa Catarina companies, of form to analyze and to suggest possible improvements and integrations between them. Initially, the companies and this productive system are presented, with focus in the detailing of the sector object of the studies cases. In the sequence, the MFV carried through for the current state is presented where if it found the sector and the considered MFV, the future state. After that, it becomes application of the BME, with the determination of its strong and weak points, identified from the analysis of practical and the performance variables Demand, Product, Production Control Planning and Production. With VSM and BME application in these three companies, in general way the first method is directed to operational processes, while benchmarking has focus to strategically forms given aggregate resultants of the multidiscipline group quarrel. The methods have been presented complementary. Through the applications it could be concluded that the methods had been presented complementary, being that BME is gone deep the analysis of the layout, the polyvalence, the maintenance, the project of the product and the demand, while that the MFV, on the other hand, allows to identify in the detail each process of the flow, determining lead teams by means of raw material supplies, in process and finished product. Still, it is characterized for being a visual method of easy understanding, that allows to see process and exceeding production, supply wastefulnesses, among others benefits.
