After Lithuania joined EU one of the field of its legal system which were changed is customs activities. As far as internel borders were eliminated principal problems cocerning qualifying of crimes occurred. One of such crimes is non-exportation of goods. In this topic there are discussed the main questions, concerning non-exportation of goods:subjekt of crime, value of goods, punishable act, customs officers responsibility and aspects of guilty of legal persons.
