O trabalho aborda a Gestão Escolar, com ênfase no planejamento participativo,
tendo por base a busca pelo adequado entendimento sobre o Projeto Pedagógico
(PP), no sentido de favorecer a autonomia e desenvolvimento pedagógico da escola.
Portanto, a pesquisa surge dessa necessidade de realizar um aprofundamento
teórico sobre concepção, finalidade e benefícios do PP, bem como a importância de
sua elaboração com a participação de toda a comunidade escolar. Pensando em ter
um resultado exitoso com esta pesquisa, o enfoque está em teóricos da área, mas
especialmente em Paulo Freire, buscando referência de autores que apontam a
questão da construção e utilização do PP como forte ferramenta para assegurar a
autonomia e acompanhamento processual do planejamento a médio e longo prazo
da escola, considerando a premissa de um planejamento com a participação da
comunidade escolar. Este trabalho também estará embasado em documentos
propostos pelo MEC, como a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional
LDBEN, n. 9394/96, além dos documentos que fundamentam as proposições do
Conselho Estadual de Educação. / This work deals with the School Management with emphasis on participatory
planning, based on the search for appropriate understanding about the Pedagogical
Project (PP), to encourage the autonomy and pedagogical development of the
school. Therefore the search arises this need for a deepening theoretical on design,
purpose and benefits of PP, as well as the importance of their preparation with the
participation of all the school community. Thinking have a result exitoso this research
the theoretical focus is in the area, but especially Paulo Freire, seeking authors
reference point to the question of the construction and use of pp a strong tool for
ensuring the autonomy and monitoring of procedural planning the medium and long
term of the school, whereas the premise of a planning with the participation the
school community. This work will also be based on documents proposed by the MEC,
as the Law of Directives and National Education Bases LDB, No 9394/96, in addition
to the documents underlying the propositions of the Council for Education.
