Previous issue date: 2018-01-08 / Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Cient?fico e Tecnol?gico - CNPq / It is proposed, in this study, a reflection on the most contemporary movements of the capitalist mode of production. It is understood the social being as a being that carries objectifications, therefore, composed by subjectivity. An analysis is made as the capitalist mode of production and its gears impact the process of subjectivity formation, especially in the period of flexible production. It is a qualitative research, in which the apprehension of the movement of the real is fundamental. Initially, the fundamentals of the capitalist mode of production are discussed, followed by flexible production and the work category, and being this founder of social being, the first movements that are the key to the dissertation are revealed. Soon after, the social being is discussed, understanding its ontology and the process of the formation of subjectivity, using the categories alienation, commodity fetishism, reification and social praxis. These categories are protoforms for understanding the relationship between social being and the capitalist mode of production. Finally, the object is approximated, with reference to the new international division of labor. At that moment, there is a debate about the conflict between the transformations in the way of generating the work force in flexible production and its impacts on the formation of the subjectivity of the social being in this scenario. / Prop?e-se, neste estudo, uma reflex?o sobre os movimentos mais contempor?neos do modo de produ??o capitalista. Compreende-se o ser social como um ser portador de objetiva??es, portanto, composto pela subjetividade. Realiza-se uma an?lise como o modo de produ??o capitalista e suas engrenagens impactam o processo de forma??o da subjetividade, em especial no per?odo da produ??o flex?vel. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, em que a apreens?o do movimento do real ? fundamental. Inicialmente, discute-se os fundamentos do modo de produ??o capitalista, seguido da produ??o flex?vel e a categoria trabalho, e, sendo esta fundante do ser social, revelam-se os primeiros movimentos que s?o a chave para a disserta??o. Logo ap?s discute-se o ser social, compreendendo sua ontologia e o processo de forma??o da subjetividade, utilizando-se as categorias aliena??o, fetichismo da mercadoria, reifica??o e pr?xis social. Essas categorias s?o protoformas para a compreens?o da rela??o entre ser social e o modo de produ??o capitalista. Finalmente, faz-se a aproxima??o do objeto, tendo como refer?ncia a nova divis?o internacional do trabalho. Nesse momento se debate sobre o conflito entre as transforma??es no modo de gestar a for?a de trabalho na produ??o flex?vel e seus impactos na forma??o da subjetividade do ser social nesse cen?rio.
