Magistriniame darbe nustatyti PSC socialinių darbuotojų veiklos ypatumai teikiant socialines paslaugas psichikos sveikatos problemų turintiems klientams; aptarti reikšmingiausi psichikos sveikatos riziką provokuojantys veiksniai, išanalizuoti teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys PSC socialinių darbuotojų veiklą, pateiktos trys išvados.
1. Reikšmingiausius psichikos sveikatos riziką provokuojančius veiksnius lemia išoriniai veiksniai: individuali biologinė – genetinė prigimtis, fizinė aplinka, socialinės – ekonominės aplinkybės, gyvenimo sąlygos, įvairūs politiniai, kultūriniai atributai ir šių veiksnių poveikyje išbūtas laikotarpis bei turėta galimybė apsispręsti sveikatos labui.
2. Teisės aktų, reglamentuojančių PSC socialinių darbuotojų, veiklą yra mažai. Iš jų pagrindinis – PSC vyriausiojo gydytojo patvirtinti socialinio darbuotojo pareiginiai nuostatai. Dažniausiai sprendimai priimami remiantis nekonkrečiomis LR psichikos sveikatos priežiūros įstatymo nuostatomis.
3. PSC socialinių darbuotojų veiklos ypatumai :
• paslaugos teikiamos nestabilios psichinės sveikatos klientams, kurie nepajėgūs priimti savarankiškų sprendimų, neatsako už savo veiksmus, jų elgesys nenuspėjamas, dažnai lydymas klausos, regos haliucinacijų, persekiojančių kliedėjimo idėjų;
• socialinė pagalba teikiama ,,čia ir dabar“, nes vizito laiko numatyti neįmanoma;
• planuoti socialinį darbą sunku, kadangi veiklos sėkmę lemia kliento psichinės sveikatos būklė, nuotaika;
• didžiausias pavojus socialinio... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / There are established the main features of the social workers‘ duties by rendering social service to the patients with mental health problems; there are given the most significant factors of provoking the risk of mental health; there are analysed the statements of law regulating the social worker‘s duties at the Centre of Psychiatric Health; there are presented three conclusions at the master‘s-degree work.
1. The most significant factors that provoke the risk of the mental health are determined by the external factors: individual biological-genetic nature, physical environment, social-economic circumstances, life conditions, different political, cultural attributes, the period spent under the influence on these factors ant the contained possibility to decide about the helth welfare.
2. There are not enough statements of law that regulate the duties of the social worker at the Centre of Psychiatric Health. The most important are the social workers‘ official regulations confirmed by the head physician. The decisions are taken referring to the unconcrete regulations of the Psychiatric Health Care in the Republic of Lithuania.
3.The features of the social workers‘ duties at the Centre of Psychiatric Health are following:
• the support is rendered for the patients with unstable mental health, that are unable to take self-dependent decisions, that cannot be responsible for their actions, that usually own hearing and sight hallucinations and are lead by delirium ideas;
