Previous issue date: 2005 / Resumo: O objetivo principal deste trabalho é verificar se, e de que maneira, é possível atribuir uma posição sistemática, tanto ao ideal de um reino dos fins quanto ao sentimento de respeito pela lei e à noção de interesse pela lei moral, no contexto da Fundamentação da Metafisica da Cc6tum:s. Assim, através da análise da primeira seção desta obra, considera-se a representação da lei enquanto caráter distintivo dos seres racionais, uma vez que o núcleo da investigação foi alterado, passando do conceito dever para a representação da lei. Do mesmo modo, através da análise da segunda seção da Fundamentação, o pomo de partida é aquela capacidade do ser racional, e então muda-se o núcleo da investigação, passando da capacidade da representação de leis para a racionalidade e, assim, para a razão enquanto faculdade de determinar leis em geral. Por fim, a análise da terceira seção é feita com vistas a considerar uma hipótese sobre a dedução afirmada por Kant como necessária: supõe-se que o termo que nos permite compreender as condições e os limites de tal dedução é a noção de interesse da razão, como interesse pela lei moral / Abstract: The main objective this dissertation has is to verify if and how is possible to attribute a systematical position to the ideal of a kingdom of ends, as well as to the respect for the moral law and to the notion of interest for the moral law in the context of the Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals. For it considers, through the analysis of the first section of this work, the representation of law as a distinctive character of rational beings, once the focus of the investigation had changed from the concept of moral obligation to the representation of the law. In the same way, through me analysis of me second section of the Groundwork, the starting point is that capacity of the rational being, and then the focus is changed from the concept of representation of law to that of rationality, and so to reason as the faculty of determine laws in general. Finally, the analysis of the third sections is made in view to consider a hypothesis concerning the deduction Kant holds necessary: is supposed that the term that allows us to understand the conditions and the limits of such a deduction is the concept of interest of reason, as an interest for the moral law / Mestrado / Mestre em Filosofia
