Previous issue date: 2016-03-17 / This dissertation is on the reflexes brought to the penal process and the final judicial decision by the introduction of acts of investigation, through police inquiry. The author chose to analyse preliminary investigation emphasizing its authoritarian and inquisitive aspects, remarking the values attributed to the acts of investigation thoughout the penal process, aiming to show how deleterious it is to the impartiality of the judge and, consequently, to the healthy application of law the contamination of the process by the acts of investigation. / O presente estudo versa sobre os reflexos que a introdu??o dos atos de investiga??o, notadamente os produzidos por meio do inqu?rito policial, pode ocasionar no processo e na senten?a judicial. O autor abordou a investiga??o preliminar, enfatizando suas caracter?sticas autorit?rias e inquisitivas, bem como realizou uma an?lise da valora??o dos atos de investiga??o no processo penal, buscando demonstrar o quanto ? delet?ria a contamina??o do processo penal pelos atos de investiga??o para a imparcialidade do
julgador e, consequentemente, para a aplica??o h?gida da lei.
