Previous issue date: 2018-04-16 / This study aimed to analyze the national and international scientific productions produced on health workers Health Agents (AS), from 2007 to 2017. It is an integrative review of literature, conducted in index databases , covering the period from 2007 to 2017. The integrative review was carried out through six stages, starting with the definition of the theme and guiding question, establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria, identification of selected and pre-selected studies, categorization, interpretation and synthesis of the studies. What is known about the working and health conditions of health workers? What recommendations and interventions are proposed for the protection and promotion of the health of health workers? The searches occurred between October and December 2017, using descriptors: primary health care, occupational health, health personnel, community health workers. After submission to the selection criteria, 26 studies were eligible and extracted the characteristics and categories submitted to the content analysis method. The results are presented in two articles entitled: Article 1: "Working conditions and health of health workers: an integrative review", which found that working conditions are inadequate and, as a result, ASs suffer from problems mental disorders, dermatological alterations, vocal complaints and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Article 2: "Protection and promotion of health in the work of AS: an integrative review" it was observed that the actions of protection and health promotion of AS are in the field of ideas and protection measures need to be directed according to the context of the work. Conclusion: Workers' health actions for AS need to be fostered in collective spaces, intersectorial action, seeking to understand the barriers to implementation and to enable strategies to overcomethem. / Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as produ??es cient?ficas nacionais e internacionais produzidas sobre a sa?de dos trabalhadores Agentes de Sa?de (AS), no per?odo de 2007 a 2017. Trata-se de um estudo de revis?o integrativa de literatura, realizada em bases de dados indexadas, referentes ?s publica??es do per?odo de 2007 a 2017. A revis?o integrativa foi realizada percorrendo seis etapas, iniciando pela defini??o do tema e quest?o norteadora, estabelecimento dos crit?rios de inclus?o e exclus?o, identifica??o dos estudos selecionados e pr?-selecionados, categoriza??o, interpreta??o e s?ntese dos estudos. O que se conhece sobre as condi??es de trabalho e sa?de dos/as trabalhadores/as agentes de sa?de? Quais as recomenda??es e interven??es propostas para a prote??o e promo??o da sa?de dos agentes de sa?de? As buscas ocorreram entre outubro e dezembro de 2017, utilizando descritores: primary health care, occupational health, health personnel, community health workers, em ingl?s. Ap?s a submiss?o aos crit?rios de sele??o, ficaram como eleg?veis 26 estudos e deles extraiu-se as caracter?sticas e categorias submetidas ao m?todo de an?lise do conte?do. Os resultados s?o apresentados em dois artigos intitulados de: artigo 1: ?Condi??es de trabalho e sa?de dos agentes de sa?de: uma revis?o integrativa?, em que se verificou que as condi??es de trabalho s?o inadequadas e, com isso, os AS adoecem de problemas mentais, altera??es dermatol?gicas, queixas vocais e doen?as do sistema osteomuscular. O artigo 2: ?Prote??o e promo??o da sa?de no trabalho dos AS: uma revis?o integrativa? observou-se que as a??es de prote??o e promo??o ? sa?de dos AS est?o no campo das ideias e as medidas de prote??o precisam ser direcionadas de acordo com o contexto do trabalho. Conclus?o: As a??es em sa?de do trabalhador para os AS precisam ser fomentadas em espa?o coletivos, a??o intersetorial, buscando compreender os entraves para implementa??o e viabilizar estrat?gias para super?- los.
