Triny Rental es una empresa de capitales peruanos con más de 25 años de experiencia
en el mercado nacional, dedicándose principalmente al servicio de alquiler de vehículos, y
cuya mayor fuente de ingresos provienen de clientes vinculados al sector minero, actividades
que por lo general se encuentran ubicadas en las zonas periféricas de la ciudad de Lima y
demás regiones del país. Al respecto, cabe precisar que las actividades vinculadas a este
sector no se vieron afectadas por las restricciones sanitarias que adopto el gobierno producto
de la pandemia ocasionada por la Covid-19. Por el contrario, esto representó para Triny
Rental un incremento en sus ingresos por ventas en el año 2020 del 30%, en comparación al
año 2019.
A través del desarrollo de la presente asesoría empresarial, y con la participación de la
gerencia general y jefaturas de Triny Rental, se pudieron identificar sus fortalezas y
debilidades, lo cual, nos permitió evidenciar las problemáticas que vienen afectando el
correcto desempeño de la empresa. Asimismo, mediante la aplicación de herramientas de
priorización y tomando en cuenta la recomendación efectuada por la gerencia general, se
logró identificar el problema central y las causas que la ocasionan. Sobre ello, se ha podido
establecer una alternativa de solución que reduzca los impactos originados por el problema
identificado.
Para finalizar, podemos indicar que la alternativa de solución propuesta por el equipo
que ha desarrollado la presente asesoría empresarial, será implementada por Triny Rental,
debido a la baja inversión que implica su desarrollo el cual asciende a (S/39,170), asimismo,
esta alternativa de solución generaría un ahorro de (S/842,293), en horas hombre y control de
gastos en exceso. Dicha implementación será desarrollada en un período de 12 semanas y se
estima que la recuperación de la inversión se efectuará en 11 meses. Aspectos que
contribuyen a la viabilidad de la alternativa propuesta. / Triny Rental is a Peruvian capital company with more than 25 years of experience in
the national market, dedicating itself mainly to the vehicle rental service, and whose main
source of income comes from clients linked to the mining sector, activities that are generally
found located in the peripheral areas of the city of Lima and other regions of the country. In
this regard, it should be noted that the activities related to this sector were not affected by the
sanitary restrictions adopted by the Government as a result of the pandemic caused by Covid 19. On the contrary, this represented for Triny Rental an increase in its sales revenue in 2020
of 30%, compared to 2019.
Through the development of this business advice, and with the participation of the
general management and heads of Triny Rental, its strengths and weaknesses could be
identified, which allowed us to highlight the problems that have been affecting the correct
performance of the company. Likewise, through the application of prioritization tools and
taking into account the recommendation made by the general management, it was possible to
identify the central problem and the causes that cause it. On this, it has been possible to
establish an alternative solution that reduces the impacts caused by the identified problem.
To conclude, we can indicate that the solution alternative proposed by the team that
has developed this business consultancy, will be implemented by Triny Rental, due to the low
investment that its development implies, which amounts to (S/39,170), likewise, this An
alternative solution would generate savings of (S/842,293), in man-hours and control of
excess expenses. Said implementation will be developed in a period of 12 weeks and it is
estimated that the recovery of the investment will take place in 11 months. Aspects that
contribute to the viability of the proposed alternative.
