<p>The project, Glowtest Fixture, has been carried out to and in collaboration with MSA Sordin</p><p>Ltd. MSA Sordin Ltd produces and sells ear protector and is at present a supplier on the</p><p>world market. Glowtest Fixture is a product for glow testing off detailed components in one</p><p>ear protector. MSA Sordin Ltd sends today away your products for testing what is an</p><p>expensive aspect in their development. The project's aim is to take forward a test equipment</p><p>that copes with those high nonplussed requirements and wishes that are required for an</p><p>approved physical execution.</p><p>Glowtest Fixture is a physical equipment that comes used stem glow physical off all detailed</p><p>components in one ear protector. Glowtest Fixture is entirely automated and implement the</p><p>test without some complicated manual elements. A test is implemented of only a button</p><p>print and can therefore be carried out of which employee that entire pc on MSA Sordin Ltd.</p><p>The fixture is a so called table mock‐up, small and smooth, and it that is needed in order to</p><p>start the fixture is a 220 volt levying. This does the possible for the</p><p>company to can to implement more or less continuous physicals in order to check that their</p><p>products maintain highest quality.</p><p>The project work has been implemented according to so called dynamic development in</p><p>production. Aspects and tools that have had significant role in the development work has</p><p>been various shapes of idea embarrassing ring, mock‐up production, evaluation dice and</p><p>above all physicals of various kind.</p>
