The model of farming competence is prepared according to description of businessmen and farmers competences and qualification in scientific studies and considering that a farmer should be a manufacturer, a manager, a businessmen, a financial specialist an have certain personel characteristics at the same time. The farmer competence model includes: personal features and values, special knowledge and skills, financial management, business management and decision making and planing knowledges and skills.
