Darbe analizuojamas tėvų turtinių teisių ir pareigų vaikams atsiradimo pagrindas, pradžia, pabaiga, teisės ir pareigos, susijusios su vaikams priklausančiu turtu, pareiga materialiai išlaikyti vaiką, vaiko turtinių interesų apsaugos garantijos tėvams įgyvendinant teises ir pareigas, susijusias su vaikams priklausančiu turtu ir vaiko teisių bei teisėtų interesų apsauga ir gynimas tėvams nevykdant išlaikymo pareigos. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas - nustatyti, kokia apimtimi Lietuvos teisės sistema užtikrina vaiko interesų viršenybės principo įgyvendinimą, reglamentuodama turtines tėvų teises ir pareigas vaikams, formuodama jų įgyvendinimo praktiką, kokios yra šių teisių ir pareigų įgyvendinimo teorinės ir praktinės problemos, jų galimi sprendimo būdai bei prielaidos. / The basis, the commencement and the end of the parents property rights and obligations, the content of the rights and obligations of the parents to their children‘s property, the right and obligation to support the child materially, the guaranties safegarding children‘s property rights and interests while their parents execute their rights and obligations, were analized in the thesis. The main purpose of this thesis was to determine in what scope the legal system of the Republic of Lithuania ensure the implementation of the principle of the supremacy of the children‘s interests by regulating the rights and obligations of their parents, forming the practice of the implementation, what are the practical and theorical problems of the implementation of these rights and obligations, what are the possible preconditions and solutions of the problems.
