Previous issue date: 2018-08-13 / Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI) worldwide and very common among adolescents. It is believed that the best strategy to control the HPV virus is prevention. In Brazil, the main means of prevention for screening the CCU is the Pap smear, however, it is necessary to aggregate health prevention strategies, such as vaccination against HPV that constitutes a promising tool for combat to this type of cancer. The objective of this study was to develop and validate content for the TratBem application HPV vaccine aimed at the adolescent public about the importance of the HPV vaccine. It is a methodological research carried out from December 2016 to December 2017 in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. The project was implemented in three phases. The first phase of conception was started with the integrative review of the literature through a search in the databases Scopus, Ebsco, Pudmed, Lilacs, Scielo. The second phase was the construction of the content and appearance of the technological artifact TratBem in format of "hyperhistories, using the tool StoryboardThat. In the third phase was carried out the Test of Validation of Appearance and Content of the application by ten specialists in the area of Health and Technology. Regarding the objectives of the application, all items were considered satisfactory by the specialists (IVC values between 0.80 and 0.90). In the structure and presentation block, which evaluates the interface of the proposed device, the IVC was between 0.70 and 0.90. Items that received IVC below 0.80 were modified according to the judges' suggestions and amended in the final version of the content. Regarding relevance, the patient had a CVI between 0.80 and 1.0). It is concluded that the application was considered a valid tool by the experts, and pointed as a material of great relevance for the adolescent public, considering that they have many doubts and insecurity about the vaccine against HPV. Thus, it is expected that the application will be an easily accessible, creative and innovative tool capable of promoting knowledge and clarifying possible doubts of the adolescents about the importance of this vaccine for their health. / A infecção pelo Papilomavírus Humano (HPV) é a infecção sexualmente transmissível (IST) mais comum em todo o mundo e muito frequente entre os adolescentes. Acredita-se que a melhor estratégia para controlar o vírus do HPV é a prevenção. No Brasil, o principal meio de prevenção para rastreamento do CCU, é o exame Papanicolau, no entanto, faz-se necessário agregar estratégias de prevenção à saúde, como por exemplo a vacinação contra o HPV que se constitui de uma promissora ferramenta para o combate a esse tipo de câncer. O objetivo desse estudo foi desenvolver e validar conteúdo para o aplicativo TratBem Vacina contra HPV voltado para o público adolescente acerca da importância da vacina contra HPV. Trata-se de uma pesquisa metodológica realizada no período de dezembro de 2016 a dezembro de 2017 em Fortaleza - Ceará, Brasil. A execução do projeto aconteceu em três fases. A primeira fase de concepção foi iniciada com a revisão integrativa da literatura através de uma busca nas bases de dados Scopus, Ebsco, Pudmed, Lilacs, Scielo. A segunda fase foi a construção do conteúdo e aparência do artefato tecnológico TratBem em formato de ¿hiperhistórias, utilizando a ferramenta StoryboardThat. Na terceira fase foi realizado o Teste de Validação da Aparência e Conteúdo do aplicativo por dez especialistas da área da Saúde e da Tecnologia. Em relação aos objetivos do aplicativo, todos os itens foram considerados satisfatórios pelos especialistas (valores do IVC entre 0,80 e 0,90). No bloco de estrutura e apresentação, que avalia a interface do dispositivo ora proposto, o IVC ficou entre 0,70 e 0,90. Os itens que receberam IVC abaixo de 0,80 foram modificados conforme as sugestões dos juízes e alterados na versão final do conteúdo. Com relação a relevância apresentou IVC entre 0,80 e 1,0). Conclui-se que o aplicativo foi considerado uma ferramenta válida pelos especialistas, e apontado como um material de grande relevância para o público adolescente, tendo em vista que os mesmos possuem muitas dúvidas e insegurança sobre a vacina contra HPV. Assim espera-se que o aplicativo seja uma ferramenta de fácil acesso, criativa e inovadora, capaz de promover conhecimento e esclarecer possíveis dúvidas dos adolescentes sobre a importância dessa vacina para sua saúde.
