El trabajo en grupo en la enseñanza de Español como LE : Un estudio sobre el trabajo en grupo como manera de aprender por parte de los alumnos / Group processes in the studies of spanish as a foreign language : A study about group processes as a way of learning for the students

This paper has been written to investigate if and how group processes can improve the learning of the students in their Spanish studies. The investigation includes two different perspectives, the perspective of teachers who teach Spanish as a foreign language and the perspective of students who study Spanish as a foreign language. The execution of this investigation has been done by a survey with cuestions to both teachers and students. The choice of theme was made due to the current situation in Swedish schools, where students have to work in groups every day.                         This paper contains the meaning of group processes, what different influence they can have on the learning of the students, different problems groups can encounter and what group processes are meant to be about.                       The result of the survey that has been done shows the different attitudes of both teachers and students to the concept of group processes. It also shows the differnces of opinions among students and the differences between teachers and students.  Both teachers and students have had the opportunity to utter their opinions about group processes and what advantages and disadvantages that could be found when working with others.
