The topicalities of these days determine the changes of development process. Renewing the system of education it is necessary to improve the qualitative constitution of pedagogical staff because an efficient and professional competence of pedagogues is important factor of development quality. The retraining, acquirement of new profession and a permanent improving of qualification are remaining the most important ways to reduce the danger of teachers’ unemployment.
The purpose of survey: The peculiarities of permanent learning of teachers who changed the character of professional working activity in Utena district.
