Previous issue date: 2016-02-24 / CNPq / Em mais de meio século de estudos científicos contemplando o construto cognitivo criatividade, muitas teorias foram elaboradas, em sua quase totalidade, voltadas ao domínio da análise funcional e relacionadas às ações externas ao indivíduo, não se encontrando quase nada referenciado aos elementos fenomenais da mente, relativos às sensações internas. O estudo da mente fenomenal, relacionado ao sentir e não ao fazer, configurou o primeiro objeto de estudo da psicologia, tendo havido um recuo das investigações devido à dificuldade em estudá-lo empiricamente. Esta pesquisa trata do desenvolvimento de um estudo dirigido para a mente fenomenal durante o processo criador em artistas plásticos. Teve como objetivo descrever, mapear, comparar, avaliar e esboçar um modelo científico das interrelações entre os elementos e a estrutura do campo fenomenal subjacente ao processamento cognitivo que suporta o processo criador em artes plásticas e os níveis das dimensões de criatividade, autoconsciência, habilidades cognitivas e envolvimento artístico na população participante. Baseou-se na Teoria dos 4Ps da criatividade, Teoria dos processos cognitivos associados à criatividade e Teoria da consciência, autoconsciência e consciência fenomenal. Contou com 271 participantes, dos quais 47 Artistas Plásticos, 72 Estudantes de Arte e 152 Leigos não artistas, com idade superior a 18 anos, de ambos os sexos e escolaridade mínima ensino médio incompleto, cujos dados foram coletados através de um estudo tipo ex-post-facto que consistiu da aplicação de uma tarefa artística prática com o tema pré-determinado ‘PAZ’, seguida da aplicação de uma escala relativa às sensações e sentimentos internos vivenciados no momento da criação, mais duas escalas, uma relativa à personalidade criativa e outra aos processos cognitivos associados à criatividade, todas com respostas objetivas estilo likert, também um inventário acerca do nível de envolvimento com arte e um questionário para variáveis de identificação pessoal. A análise de dados enquadrou-se à perspectiva nomotética, com a utilização de procedimentos da psicometria clássica e análise fatorial para levantamento dos principais índices estatísticos das escalas, seguida de exame das interrelações entre os fatores e demais variáveis do estudo, além de técnicas de regressão multivariada que foram integradas aos achados por análise multidimensional SSA pautada na teoria das facetas para aprofundamento do entendimento científico das relações entre os fenômenos cognitivos investigados, nas dimensões psicológica e fenomenal. Tais análises demonstraram que há um gradiente fenomenal que ladeia o processamento cognitivo, detectado por análise fatorial de elementos da experiência interna como Fala Interna, Autoconsciência Fenomenal etc, sugerindo que a mente faz coisas ao mesmo tempo que sente e evidenciando uma operação conjunta entre os processos cognitivos e os aspectos fenomenais da mente, mostrando que quão mais o indivíduo é criativo, neste caso a criatividade artística, mais autoconsciente, mais self, mais processos cognitivos de alta ordem e mais consciência fenomenal estão envolvidos. O presente estudo abre uma perspectiva de se avançar a documentação da fenomenologia durante processo criador em artes plásticas, ao evidenciar o potencial de uma hipótese dual da mente em termos psicológicos e fenomenais na direção da construção de teoria cognitiva mais robusta sobre a criatividade humana. / In over half a century of scientific studies looking at the cognitive construct creativity, many theories were elaborated, almost entirely, directed to the field of functional analysis and relating it to external actions to the individual, not finding almost nothing referenced to the phenomenal mind elements, relative to internal sensations. The study of the phenomenal mind, related to the feeling and not to the doing, set up the first study object of psychology, there has been a retreat of the investigations because of the difficulty in studying it empirically. This research deals with the development of a study directed to the phenomenal mind during the creative process in artists. Aimed to describe, map, compare, evaluate and draft a scientific model of the interrelations between the elements and the structure of the phenomenal field underlying the cognitive processing that supports the creative process in visual arts and the levels of the dimensions of creativity, self-awareness, cognitive abilities and artistic involvement in the participant population. Based on the Theory of the 4Ps of creativity, Theory of cognitive processes associated with creativity and Theory of consciousness, self-consciousness and phenomenal consciousness. Its had 271 participants, of which 47 Artists, 72 Art students and 152 lay not artists, over the age of 18 years old, both sexes and minimum education incomplete high school, whose data were collected through a study type ex- post-facto which consisted of applying an artistic practical task with the predetermined theme 'Peace', followed by the application of a relative scale to the internal sensations and feelings experienced at creation time, plus two scales, a creative personality and another cognitive processes associated with creativity, all with objective answers Likert style, also an inventory about the level of involvement with art and an questionnaire personal identification variables. Data analysis framed in the nomothetics perspective, using procedures of classic psychometric and factorial analysis to collect the main statistical indices of scales, followed by examination of the interrelationship between the factors and other study variables, as well as multivariate regression techniques that have been integrated to the findings by multidimensional analysis SSA based on the facets theory to deepen the scientific understanding of the relationships between cognitive phenomena investigated in the psychological and phenomenal dimensions. These analyzes showed that there is a phenomenal gradient that borders the cognitive processing, detected by factorial analysis of elements of internal experience as inner speech, phenomenal self-awareness, etc, evidencing a joint operation between the processes cognitive and phenomenal aspects of mind, showing how much the individual is creative, in this case artistic creativity, more self-awareness, more self, more higher-order cognitive processes and more phenomenal consciousness are involved. This study opens a prospect of progress in the phenomenology of documentation during the creative process in visual arts, to demonstrate the potential of a dual hypothesis of mind in psychological and phenomenal terms toward the construction of cognitive theory more robust about human creativity.
