Previous issue date: 2016-07-20 / All factors related to the working conditions bring significant impacts and repercussions in the political sphere, economic and social of the population. From the point of view of the working environment, one cannot speak in stable condition. For each day, change the settings of the performance of community health workers and the dynamics of the community, migration, changes, invasions, police operations, affect their daily work. This research aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with the health of the Community of the Family Health Strategy Agents in Hope Village Industrial District in São Luís-MA. Descriptive and analytical study with a quantitative approach. The study included 60 ACS. Statistical analysis was performed using the EPI-INFO 2008 programs version 3.5.1 and STATA, version 10.0. The research followed the ethical, according to Resolution 466/12. The results of the socioeconomic and demographic profile indicated that 96.66% are female. The age range was characterized 58.7% for 30 to 39 years, with 65% completed high school. The community health workers have shown associations between physiological signs and symptoms with risk conditions in the course of activities at work. We emphasize that this study worked with a group of community health workers, and before that, the results should not be generalized because each area has specific ways of life and work. / Todos os fatores ligados às condições de trabalho trazem impactos e repercussões significantes na esfera política, econômica e social da população. Do ponto de vista do ambiente de trabalho, não se pode falar em condições estáveis. Pois, a cada dia, mudam os cenários da atuação dos agentes comunitários de saúde e a própria dinâmica da comunidade, migrações, mudanças, invasões, operações policiais, afetam o seu trabalho cotidiano. Nesta pesquisa, objetivou-se analisar os fatores de risco associados à saúde dos Agentes Comunitários da Estratégia de Saúde da Família no Distrito Industrial da Vila Esperança no município de São Luís-MA. Estudo descritivo e analítico, com abordagem quantitativa. Participaram deste estudo 60 ACS. Na análise estatística foi utilizado dos programas EPI-INFO 2008 versão 3.5.1 e STATA®, versão 10.0. A pesquisa obedeceu aos aspectos éticos, de acordo com a Resolução 466/12. Os resultados do perfil socioeconômico e demográfico apontaram que 96,66% são do gênero feminino. A faixa etária encontrada se caracterizou de 58,7% para 30 a 39 anos, com ensino médio completo 65%. Os agentes comunitários de saúde demonstraram associações entre os sinais e sintomas fisiológicos com as condições de risco no decorrer das atividades desenvolvidas no trabalho. Ressaltamos que o presente estudo trabalhou com um grupo de agentes comunitários de saúde, e diante disso, os resultados encontrados não devem ser generalizados, pois cada território possui modos específicos de vida e de trabalho.
