Previous issue date: 2014-07-30 / O presente estudo problematiza o caráter ambivalente do fenômeno da informação na perspectiva da teoria da sociedade dual de Habermas. Entende que a informação tem se constituído enquanto vetor propulsionador mais da integração funcional e fortalecimento do mundo sistêmico e menos do revigoramento da integração social e reação do mundo da vida ante a ação colonizadora do mundo sistêmico. A pesquisa se configura como teórica, fundamentada na hermenêutica habermasiana, para a qual utiliza, principalmente, a obra mais relevante de Habermas, a Teoria da Ação Comunicativa (TAC) para compreender suas principais categorias analítico-conceituais. Evidencia a necessidade de que a informação substancie ações comunicativas, de modo a promover o fortalecimento do mundo da vida e a descolonização de seus componentes simbólicos. Além disso, é imperativo refletir sobre a relação entre as ações dos sujeitos informacionais com o mundo sistêmico, para poder intervir no desenvolvimento da própria lógica sistêmica, não permitindo que tal lógica predomine sobre ações comunicativas, solidariedade e integração social. Espera-se que os trajetos hermenêuticos delineados somem-se a outros também movidos por inquietações quanto às possibilidades de potencializar os processos informacionais na direção das interações comunicativas para o entendimento mútuo. / This study discusses the ambivalent nature of the informational phenomenon from the perspective of the theory of the dual society of Habermas. Considers that the information has been constituted as driving force more functional integration and strengthening of the systemic world, in detriment of reinvigoration of social integration and reaction of the Lifeworld before the colonizing action of systemic world. The search is configured as theoretical, based on Habermas's hermeneutics, and uses mainly the most important work of Habermas, called Theory of Communicative Action (TAC), to understand its main analytical and conceptual categories. Evidences the need for the information anchor communicative actions in order to promote the strengthening of the lifeworld and the decolonization of its symbolic components. Also, it is imperative to reflect on the relationship between the actions of informational subjects with systemic world, in order to intervene in the development of systemic logic, not allowing it prevail over communicative actions, solidarity and social integration. Expects the hermeneutical paths outlined here are added to others also moved by restlessness as to the possibilities to potentialize the informational processes in the direction of communicative interactions for mutual understanding.
