El trabajo de investigación desarrolla una agencia de viajes y turismo para discapacitados, la cual se estructura de la siguiente manera:
El primer capítulo, tiene información del negocio, la idea, el nombre y la descripción del negocio, así como, el equipo de trabajo del proyecto.
El segundo capítulo, se detalla toda la descripción del planteamiento Estratégico.
El tercer capítulo, se realiza la investigación y la validación de mercado, se explican los resultados y el informe final.
El cuarto capítulo, se desarrolla todo el plan de marketing, el planteamiento de los objetivos, el mercado objetivo, el marketing mix, plan de ventas y presupuestos de marketing.
El quinto capítulo, se elabora el plan de operaciones, las políticas, el diseño de las instalaciones, las especificaciones técnicas y la inversión de los activos fijos.
El sexto capítulo, se elabora la estructura organizacional, los objetivos, las políticas, la gestión humana y la estructura de gastos del área de recursos humanos.
El séptimo capítulo, se desarrolla el plan económico - financiero, se elaboran los flujos de caja y se analiza los indicadores de rentabilidad. / The research work develops a travel and tourism agency for the disabled, which is structured as follows:
The first chapter, has information about the business, the idea, the name and description of the business, as well as, the team working on the project.
The second chapter details the entire description of the Strategic approach.
The third chapter, the market research and validation is carried out, the results and the final report are explained.
The fourth chapter, the whole marketing plan is developed, the approach of the objectives, the target market, the marketing mix, sales plan and marketing budgets.
The fifth chapter, the plan of operations, the policies, the design of the facilities, the technical specifications and the investment of the fixed assets are elaborated.
In the sixth chapter, the organizational structure, objectives, policies, human management and expenditure structure of the human resources area are elaborated.
In the seventh chapter, the economic-financial plan is developed, the cash flows are elaborated and the profitability indicators are analyzed.
