Idag finns det en stor mängd information rörande konstruktionen av en krypgrund. Problemet är dock att en del information börjar bli föråldrad eller saknar en sammanfattning av konkreta konstruktionsval. För att förtydliga detta agerar denna rapport som en jämförelse och sammanställning av informationen för att kunna ge konkreta exempel på lösningar. Uppsatsen huvudfråga är: Hur kan de olika ventilerade krypgrunderna konstrueras för att minska risken för fuktskador?Som metod för sammanställning av rapporten har vi valt att göra en litteraturstudie. Studien tar upp källor av varierande ålder och utgångspunkt, något som vägs in i användandet av informationen. Uppbyggnaden är sådan att först förklaras de två större huvudtyperna av krypgrunder och vad fuktskador i dessa innebär. Även ett avsnitt om hur framtidens klimat kan påverka konstruktionen tas upp. Därefter kommer resultatdelen där sammanställningen av fakta finns att hitta. Resultaten visar att det finns olika tankar om hur man löser olika problem, där de som visat sig fungera bäst har valts att tas med i slutsatsen. Ett exempel kan vara att man förr i tiden valde att punktera en skyddande plastfolie i lågpunkter för att dränera ut kondensvatten. Detta visade sig dock ge upphov till andra problem, varpå rekommendationer ändrades. Detta kan man utläsa i vår resultatdel. Det har även framhävts vilka delar i konstruktionen som är mer eller mindre viktiga att tänka på, även om man skall försöka ta del av alla punkter.Författarna anser att de punkter som tas upp i slutsatsen skall beaktas om man väljer en grundkonstruktion med kryprum av ventilerad typ. Hur strikt man tar del av dessa punkter är upp till varje läsare att avgöra, samt hur läsaren uppfattar tillförlitligheten på källor och presenterade fakta. / There’s today a vast amount of information to be found which has to do with the construction of a crawlspace. The problem though is that some of this information is getting old or it is hard to find a compilation in choices of constructions. In order to make this easier, tis report will act as a comparison and compilation of information regarding solutions to certain problems. The main question in the report is: how can the different ventilated crawlspace constructions be made in order to reduce the risk of moisture damage. In order to compilate this report, the method chosen is a study of literature. This study brings up sources of different age and base, something that has been discussed in order to be able to use the information.The report is built up by first explaining the two main types of crawlspaces and what moisture damage in each of them can do. Also included is a part about climate changes and the effect of these. After that there is a compilation of results and facts to be found.The results show that there are different opinions on how to solve different problems, whereas the one, which has proven the best, has been chosen to represent the ending results. One example of this is that some people thought that it was best to puncture the vapour protecting plastic film in lower parts of the crawlspace, in order to drain water. This was to be shown to give rise to other problems, whereas the recommendation as changed. This can be read about in the results chapter. There is also a weigh-in of which components are more or less important to think about, even if one should consider all of the points.The author’s thinks that the points, which are brought up in the ending chapter, should be considered if a ventilated crawlspace-construction is to be chosen. How one chooses to interpret these points is up to anyone who reads this report, and also how the reader chose to believe in the information and the sources represented in the report.
