La tesis analiza los diferentes factores que hacen necesaria la propuesta e infraestructura de un Centro Residencial y Centro diurno para el Adulto Mayor en San Martin de Porres. Además de una investigación de carácter arquitectónico y teórico, que son base para la elaboración del proyecto de tesis.
El tema con mayor importancia es el estudio y análisis del usuario, el Adulto Mayor. El cual presenta cambios psicológicos y fisiológicos a lo largo de la etapa de la tercera edad, los cuales son una condicionante en su vida cotidiana. Por lo tanto, estos cambios son una determinante para el diseño arquitectónico el cual debe mejorar la calidad de vida del usuario. Además, se debe considerar la accesibilidad del adulto mayor en el proyecto, es por ello que el énfasis que se utiliza en la tesis es la arquitectura accesible para el adulto mayor, buscando con esto que el usuario tenga movilidad autónoma en el proyecto.
Por otro lado, la investigación se complementa con el análisis de proyectos referenciales nacionales e internacionales, analizando diferentes factores, tanto arquitectónicos como cuantitativos, que servirán de base para la elaboración del proyecto. El análisis del usuario, el programa arquitectónico, el lugar donde se desarrollará el centro residencial y los criterios arquitectónicos que se tomaron en cuenta para el diseño.
Finalmente, mediante esta investigación se busca adquirir la información necesaria para elaborar el proyecto de tesis, desarrollando una infraestructura accesible para el adulto mayor, la cual satisfaga las necesidades y mejore la calidad de vida del usuario. / This thesis gives a clear glimpse into the different factors that make the proposal and infrastructure of a residential center and Daycare center for the elderly in the San Martin de Porres district a necessity. Furthermore, the investigation of architectural and theoretical character, which are the grounds for the preparation of this thesis project.
The main topic is the study and analysis of the user, in this case, the elderly. Showing psychological and physiological changes throughout the stage of the third age, which are a conditioner in their daily life. Therefore, these changes determine architectural design in hopes of improving the quality of life for the user. In addition, the accessibility of the adult in the project must be considered. The reasoning behind the emphasis used in the thesis is that of the accessible architecture for the elderly, seeking with this that the user has autonomous mobility in the project.
Moreover, the research is complemented by considering national and international references project, analyzing different factors, both architectural and quantitative, serving as great support for the elaboration of this project. The analysis of the user, the architectural program, where the residential center will take place and the architectural criteria were all taking in consideration.
As you can see, the research seeks to acquire the fundamental information to develop the thesis project. Developing an accessible infrastructure for the elderly, in which the needs are met and the quality of life of the user improves. / Tesis
