Previous issue date: 15 / Nenhuma / No presente estudo procura-se demonstrar, através de abordagens bioéticas e do exame dos fundamentos do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, quais as conseqüências sociojurídicas do reconhecimento do direito à morte e da condição mortal do ser humano na vida e existência de um ser em estágio terminal. Ainda, estuda-se os seres terminais e os direitos a eles estendidos, bem como o envolvimento das pessoas que com eles convivem, procurando demonstrar que o direito à morte pode ser uma opção à garantia da dignidade, que pode ser usufruída através da aplicação conjunta de direitos fundamentais com a autonomia. Por fim, tenta-se demonstrar, através de casos concretos, que o processo de morte necessita de uma resolução jurídica, apresentando-se legislações emergentes para o fim da vida, procurando enfatizar que a morte é um direito a ser reconhecido na efetivação da dignidade, utilizando-se, para tanto, a autonomia / The present study will demonstrate, through bioetics boardings and examination of the beddings from principle of dignity person human being, which the juridics questions
