Previous issue date: 2015-03-02 / A pesquisa em quest?o objetivou apreender como se constr?i a pr?tica profissional da equipe dirigente da Unidade Psiqui?trica de Cust?dia e Tratamento do Rio Grande do Norte (UPCT/RN) a partir da an?lise do seu discurso, o qual reflete tanto quest?es subjetivas inerentes aos profissionais, quanto ?quelas oriundas de toda uma gama de legisla??es, leituras, pr?ticas e ?verdades? que lhes s?o apresentadas. Os Hospitais de Cust?dia mant?m sob tutela do Estado os sujeitos inimput?veis e semi-imput?veis autores de ?crimes?, mas que n?o podem responder judicialmente, por terem algum tipo de doen?a mental. Por isso, s?o eximidos de dolo e pena, sendo submetidos a uma medida de seguran?a que deve ser cumprida em organiza??o competente (como os Hospitais de Cust?dia), possibilitando o seu tratamento psiqui?trico, bem como a recupera??o e/ou manuten??o dos seus v?nculos sociais e familiares, delineando a sua desinterna??o. A fim de alcan?ar o objetivo acima apresentado, realizei entrevistas acompanhada de um roteiro semiestruturado no per?odo de julho a agosto de 2014, com seis profissionais da Unidade, quais sejam: a vice-diretora da organiza??o, o enfermeiro chefe e quatro agentes penitenci?rios. Ap?s a transcri??o das entrevistas, utilizei da metodologia de an?lise de discurso com o intuito de apreender a forma e a partir de que pressupostos tais discursos s?o constru?dos, percebendo, ainda, a presen?a de processos parafr?sticos e/ou poliss?micos atrav?s de um dispositivo de an?lise pr?-determinado. Destarte, em rela??o ?s reflex?es que a pesquisa me proporcionou, explanando aqui de forma sucinta, apreendi que a concep??o de trabalho vai al?m de quest?es sociais e econ?micas, vinculando-se, tamb?m, a aspectos do ps?quico humano; os profissionais da equipe dirigente sofrem, cada um a sua maneira, n?o s? por falta de estrutura f?sica e humana, mas por se enxergarem como correspons?veis pelo oferecimento de um tratamento prec?rio aos internos da institui??o. O estigma que acompanha a figura do ?louco-infrator? recai, tamb?m, sobre os profissionais, provocando um aumento de sua carga ps?quica. Bem assim, a identidade profissional constru?da por cada sujeito estende-se ao meio familiar e social e esse fato, na maioria das vezes, apresenta-se como negativo, contribuindo para o aumento no sofrimento do trabalho. / The present research aimed to understand the building of the professional practice of the team leader of Unidade Psiqui?trica de Cust?dia e Tratamento do Rio Grande do Norte - UPCT/RN (Psychiatric Detention and Treatment Unit of Rio Grande do Norte - UPCT/RN) from the analysis of his speech, which reflects both subjective issues related to professional, as those coming from a whole range of laws, readings, practices and "truths" presented to them. The Custody Hospitals keep under state supervision the not responsible subjects and semi responsible authors of "crimes", but cannot respond in court because they have some kind of mental illness. Therefore, they are exempt from malice and sorrow, being subjected to a security measure that must be met in competent organization (such as the Custody Hospital), enabling its psychiatric treatment and recovery and / or maintenance of social ties and family, outlining its suspension of internment. In order to achieve the objective set out above, I conducted interviews followed by a semi-structured script in the period from July to August 2014, with six unit professionals: the deputy director of the organization, the head nurse and four prison guards. After transcribing the interviews, I used discourse analysis methodology in order to grasp how and from what assumptions such discourses are constructed, realizing also the presence of paraphrasis and / or polysemic processes through an analysis device predetermined. Thus, compared to the reflections that the research provided me, explaining here briefly, I did apprehend that the design work goes beyond social and economic issues, linking up also the aspects of human psychic; professionals in the management team suffer, each in their own way, not only by lack of physical and human infrastructure, but see themselves as co-responsible for offering a poor treatment of inmates from the institution. The stigma attached to the figure of the "crazy-breaker" falls also on the professionals, thereby increasing your psychic load. As well as the professional identity constructed by each subject extends to the family and social environment and this, in most cases, is presented as negative, contributing to the increase in the suffering of work.
