Previous issue date: 2011-12-14 / This Thesis looks up points of reference for a comprehensive formation of educators in order to think about epistemological basis of transdisciplinarity, which can be linked to the self-formation process. Thus, it was necessary to analyze the epistemological basis of transdisciplinarity that may be related to self-formation; to figure points of reference for integral formation that symbolizes the wholeness of being, to characterize who are transdisciplinary educators and what are their experiences that may be linked to the formation of educators for the wholeness of human being, and to examine the human aspects and existential self-education as an integral part of the transdisciplinary educators. These intentions are supported by the following question: What meanings are embedded in the epistemological basis which need to be understood and perceived in their links with the self-education of the educator? This search is centered on the wholeness idea understood in building of knowledge generated not as a result only from experiences brought from environment to inside, of individual or collective external demands, nevertheless also from inside, from the proper essence of the educator, from his/her interests, needs, values, imagination, intuition, beliefs, knowledge, linking them to his own existentiality. In this approach, I chose to take as reference the experience of CETRANS (Center for Transdisciplinary Studies) and UNIPAZ (International Holistic University). Both institutions, each in its specificity, have focused on rigor, openness and tolerance for considering transdisciplinarity. It is an transdisciplinary qualitative research, from two experiences - a focus group with educators with interdisciplinary formation, and in-depth interview with the formers. The thesis holds the belief that it is possible for the educator, who becomes aware of himself and his life experiences, to make their own hetero-eco-self-formation process up, constituting an experience of be-being-in-the-world-with-others. Thus, the need to set a pedagogical proposal of a general transdisciplinary sef-formation that transcends the subjective aspects, objectives, and interobjectives and intersubjectives of formation. Thereby, this research has served to show that is feasible and possible to build a proposal of transdisciplinar formation based on the self-formation. This requires autonomy, interchange, partnership and expertise and it involves the individual dimension, behavioral, cultural, social and spiritual, which are demands of nowadays society. / Esta pesquisa tem o prop?sito de visualizar pontos de refer?ncia para uma forma??o integral dos educadores a partir de uma reflex?o sobre os fundamentos epistemol?gicos da transdisciplinaridade que podem estar vinculados ao processo de autoforma??o. Para tanto, foi necess?rio analisar esses fundamentos; tra?ar pontos de refer?ncia para uma forma??o integral que simbolize a inteireza do ser; caracterizar quem s?o os formadores transdisciplinares e quais as suas experi?ncias que podem estar vinculadas ? forma??o dos educadores para a inteireza do ser; e, analisar os aspectos humanos e existenciais como parte integrante da autoforma??o dos educadores transdisciplinares. Essas inten??es s?o sustentadas pelo seguinte questionamento: que significados est?o abrigados nos fundamentos epistemol?gicos da transdisciplinaridade que necessitam ser compreendidos e percebidos em suas articula??es com a autoforma??o do educador? Esta busca est? centrada na ideia de inteireza entendida na constru??o do conhecimento n?o resultante apenas de experi?ncias trazidas de fora para dentro, de exig?ncias externas individuais ou coletivas, mas tamb?m de dentro para fora, da ess?ncia do pr?prio educador, a partir de seus interesses, necessidades, valores, imagina??o, intui??o, cren?as, saberes, vinculando-se ? sua pr?pria existencialidade. Nesta pesquisa, escolhi trilhar um caminho pelas experi?ncias vividas pelo CETRANS (Centro de Estudos Transdisciplinares) e pela UNIPAZ (Universidade Hol?stica Internacional). Essas duas institui??es, cada uma na sua especificidade, t?m como foco o rigor, a abertura e a toler?ncia para uma forma??o transdisciplinar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo transdisciplinar, a partir de duas viv?ncias Grupo Focal com educadores com forma??o transdisciplinar e Entrevista em Profundidade com os formadores transdisciplinares. A tese se sustenta na perspectiva de que ? poss?vel, ao o educador que toma consci?ncia de si e de suas experi?ncias de vida, buscar o seu pr?prio processo heteroecoautoformativo, constituindo-se numa experi?ncia de ser-sendo-no-mundo-com-os-outros. Por isso a necessidade de engendrar uma proposta pedag?gica de autoforma??o transdisciplinar integral, que transcenda os aspectos subjetivos, objetivos, interobjetivos e intersubjetivos da forma??o. Assim, esta pesquisa serviu para mostrar que ? vi?vel e poss?vel a constru??o de uma proposta de forma??o transdisciplinar integral pautada na autoforma??o. Isso requer autonomia, altern?ncia, parceria e compet?ncia e envolve a dimens?o individual, comportamental, cultural, social e espiritual, que se configuram como uma exig?ncia da sociedade do nosso tempo.
