Projeto de Intervenção-ANDREIA RODRIGUES DE OLIVEIRA SANTOS (2).pdf: 4115901 bytes, checksum: 39981e711c9301cc311c30546e10b110 (MD5) / Este Projeto de Intervenção é resultado da pesquisa para conclusão do Mestrado Profissional em Educação/UFBA e surgiu da necessidade de analisar as ressonâncias dos processos formativos docentes, iniciais e continuados, nas duas últimas décadas na Rede Municipal de Educação de Irecê. Busca compreender como estes processos formativos podem servir para (re) pensar a formação em rede, considerando diferentes formas de olhar, valorizando o trabalho coletivo, levando em consideração a abertura ao outro, a valorização das experiências e a produção de sentidos. O aporte teórico que sustentou essa discussão foi pautado em Dewey, Larrosa, Sá, Josso, Gadamer, Macedo, Nóvoa, entre outros, permitindo elaborar uma discussão acerca da formação continuada docente. A pesquisa-formação, de cunho fenomenológico-hermenêutico, foi tecida no percurso do mestrado, e a investigação, alinhavada e costurada em momentos distintos, utilizou como instrumentos para a produção de informações: a interpretação das narrativas dos memoriais de formação dos professores, as análises documentais que sustentaram o histórico de formação docente no Brasil e em Irecê, nos últimos vinte anos e as Rodadas e Roda de Conversas com professores da referida Rede. As interpretações advindas da análise destes instrumentos evidenciaram que, embora tenha sido dada uma forte ênfase à formação de professores na Rede Municipal de ensino de Irecê nas duas últimas décadas, percebe-se a necessidade de elaboração de uma proposta de formação colaborativa em rede, e com a Rede. / ABSTRACT
This Intervention Project is a result of the completion of the research in Professional
Master in Education/UFBA and arose from the need to analyse the resonances of the
formative processes teachers, initial and continued, in the last two decades in
Municipal Education Network of Irecê. Tries to understand how these formative
processes can serve to (re) thinking the network training, considering different ways
of looking at, valuing the collective work, taking into account the opening to another,
the appreciation of the experiences and the production of meaning. The theoretical
contribution that supported this argument was based on Dewey, Larrosa, Sá, Josso,
Gadamer, Macedo, Nóvoa, among others, allowing an elaborate discussion on the
continuing education faculty. The training research, of slant phenomenologicalhermeneutic,
was woven during the master, and the research, basted and stitched
into different times, used as instruments for products of information: the interpretation
of the narratives of the memorials for the training of teachers, the documentary
analysis that supported the history of teacher education in Brazil and in Irecê, over
the last twenty years and the Rounds and Conversations with teachers Wheel of that
network. The interpretations derived from analysis of these instruments showed that,
although it has been given a strong emphasis to the training of teachers in the
Municipal Education Network of Irecê in the last two decades, the need to draw up a
training proposal collaborative in network, and with the network.
