Objetiva responder às seguintes questões de pesquisa: a) A formulação do humanismo no ensino do Direito e aplicada no estágio contribui positivamente na prática profissional do futuro operador do Direito? A influência do ensino humanista contribui no direcionamento de uma cidadania pluralista? Inicia a tese com o entendimento do humanismo, sua história, conceitos e correntes. Repensa o humanismo revisitado. Um humanismo alicerçado em valores. Neste sentido uma inquietação alia-se a uma certeza: a formação humanista fundamental para a construção de idéias e transformação da sociedade, como busca incessante da dignidade de cada um e de todos, de forma a ser construída a autonomia e a emancipação do ser humano em sua integralidade, efetivando-se na concretização real do viver humano e da cidadania plural. O caminho percorrido perpassa o ensino do Direito e, especificamente, questiona o Direito e seu estágio supervisionado. A forma pela qual se optou para buscar respostas foi a realização de pesquisa de campo, aplicação de questionários, a 7 coordenadores e 70 egressos do curso de Direito da Associação Catarinense das Fundações Educacionais e Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. O método adotado foi o das ciências sociais. Os dados colhidos, até então desconhecidos, após análise, demonstram que a formação jurídica alicerçada no humanismo, no campo teórico é realidade, porém muito ainda há que se fazer por uma formação jurídica ainda mais humanista no campo prático. Salienta-se a interdisciplinaridade e o diálogo com o curso de Psicologia, já existente e a atitude humanista que deve se efetivar por parte dos docentes e discentes para a transformação.A caminhada não deixa de ser necessária. Em síntese a tese contempla e propõe a partir do estágio supervisionado do curso de Direito, com foco no humanismo revisitado, um instrumento de transformação para o direcionamento da cidadania plural.
The thesis deals with the subject "The law practice stage as expression of the humanism and transforming tools to the pluralist citizenship". Its composite of four chapters. It aims to answer the following questions of research: a) Did the formularization of the humanism in the education of Law and applied in the stage contribute positively in the professional practical of the future operator of the Right? Did the influence of humanist education contribute to lead to a pluralist citizenship? Thesis initiates with the understanding of the humanism, its history, concepts and chains. It rethink the revisited humanism. A humanism based in values. In this way a fidget gets together with a certainty: the formation basic humanist for the construction of ideas and transformation of the society, as incessant searches of the dignity of each one and all, In this way, constructing the autonomy and emancipation of the human being in its completeness, accomplishing the real concretization of the human life and the plural citizenship. The covered way gets beyond the education of the Law, and specifically questions the Law and its supervised period of stage. The way adopted to search answers was the field research, application questionnaires, to 7 coordinators and 70 egresses from the course of Law of Associação Catarinense das Fundações Educacionais and Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. The adopted method was of social sciences. The obtained data, until then unknown, after analysis, demonstrated that the legal formation based in the humanism, in the theoretical field is reality, however there is much to do for a legal formation more humanist in the practical field. Salient the inter subjects and the dialogue with the course of Psychology, already existing and the humanist attitude that must be accomplished from the professors and students for the transformation. The walk is not useful less. In synthesis the thesis contemplates and considers from the supervised period stage from the course of Law, with focus in the revisited humanism, an instrument of transformation for the aiming of the plural citizenship.
