<p>I uppsatsen undersöks hur lärare på en skola arbetar med implementering av Lpo94. Hur styrdokument tolkas och omsätts till handling. Begrepp som lärande organisation, yrkesetik, professionalism problematiseras för att förstå hur lärare via kollegial reflektion kan anses utveckla ett arbetssätt som i någon mening svarar för hur politikernas intentioner för implementering av Lpo94 kan se ut.</p> / <p>In this Survey the author discusses teachers interpretation of the documents formulated by the government. Because of difficulties with knowing what the politicians mean, the author claims that teachers through collegial reflections are the ones who best knows what should be done in school. The survey discusses different ideals about implementation of policies. Through interviews with headmaster and teachers the author tries to answer weather or not the school that is in focus can be understood so that it has a legible work ethics. Something that the teachers could rely on when it comes to knowing what it means to fulfill documents formulated by politicians.</p>
