Intuicijos vaidmuo verslo sprendimų priėmimo procese / The Role of Intuition in the Process of Business Decisions

The research on the evaluation of the role of intuition in the business decision process and the attitude towards intuition of Lithuanian business managers have not been implemented yet. Therefore the conclusions of this research paper are relevant and actual not only to Lithuanian business representatives but to business consultants, the representatives of personnel training companies, as well.
The issue of Master‘s Thesis is “How intuition should be used in business decision making process. The goal of the Master‘s Thesis is to investigate the role of intuitive thinking (intuition) in the process of the business decision making.
The objectives of the Final Research Work are as follows:
1) to analyze how the principle of duality is applied in business decision process;
2) to analyze the discourse of intuition in Western business literature;
3) to analyze the advantages and dangers of the use of intuition in business;
4) to investigate how Lithuanian business representatives understand and treat intuition;
5) to investigate whether Lithuanian business representatives use intuition and in what level in the process of business decision making;
