Šalies infrastruktūros įtaka šalies ekonominiam augimui yra nagrinėjama daugelyje užsienio ir Lietuvos literatūros šaltiniuose. Tačiau užsienio mokslininkų atliktuose tyrimuose yra pastebima stipri šalies infrastruktūros įtaka stimuliuojant/pritraukiant tiesiogines užsienio investicijas Taigi analizuojant įvairių autorių darbus buvo pastebėta, kad mokslinių darbų susijusių su infrastruktūros įtaka TUI yra labai mažai. Todėl yra būtinybė nustatyti Baltijos šalių patrauklumą tiesioginiams investuotojams būtent atsižvelgiant būtent į infrastruktūros sektorių rodiklius. Ar Baltijos šalių infrastruktūros rodikliai yra svarbūs veiksniai lemiantis TUI srautus šiose valstybėse. TUI vaidmuo yra reikšmingas dinamiškam šalies ekonominiam augimui. Moksliniuose darbuose daug diskutuojama apie bendrą TUI sąvoką besivystančiose šalyse. Dauguma literatūroje nagrinėjamų faktorių susijusių su TUI yra klasikiniai, tai būtų lyginama rinkos dydis, šalies dydis, ekonominis šalies atvirumas, politinis šalies stabilumas ir t.t. Tačiau analizuojant TUI srautus, vis dažniau užsienio autorių darbuose kaip kintamasis yra sutinkamas ir infrastruktūros faktorius. Temos problematika: Dažniausiai mokslinėje literatūroje yra nagrinėjama šalies infrastruktūros sektorių įtaka šalies ekonominiams rodikliams, t.y. BVP, produktyvumui ir t.t. Taip pat literatūroje yra nagrinėjami investicijų srautai į infrastruktūros sektorius ir atliekami tyrimai būtent susiję būtent su investicijų srautais į šiuos sektorius ir... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The influence of infrastructure for country‘s economic growth is being examined in numerous foreign and Lithuanian sources. However, the research conducted by foreign scientists show significant influence of the country’s infrastructure stimulating/attracting FDI and increasing the competiveness of the country. Adequate infrastructure should improve the investment climate of the country by attracting FDI. FDI plays an important role in dynamic economic growth of the country. The majority of questions under investigation associated with FDI are classical, i.e. the comparable size of the market, the size of the country, the economic openness of the country, the political stability of the country, etc. However, the factor of infrastructure as a variable, while analysing FDI flows, is encountered more and more often in the analysis of foreign scientists.
