Det här är ett examensarbete i informationsdesign med inriktning textdesign. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur bostadsinformation på webben kan skrivas lättillgängligt utifrån valda principer, utan att viktig information försvinner. Målet är att ta fram lättillgängliga texter med bostadsinformation som kan ersätta originaltexterna på ett likvärdigt sätt. Med hjälp av en läsbarhetsanalys, en intervju och en enkätundersökning har Bostads AB Mimers bostadsinformation analyseras och undersökts. Intervjun genomfördes med Mimers kommunikationschef för att få svar på vad Mimer vill förmedla genom sin hemsida och till vem. Studien visar att informationen på Mimers hemsida behöver ses över. Texterna innehåller ett användande av du-tilltal som inte är konsekvent, vissa begrepp förklaras inte tillräckligt och information till boende och sökande blandas. / This is a thesis in information design with the emphasis on textual design. The purpose of this assignment is to investigate how to best write residential information for the web, which is accessible, without having to delete any important information. The goal is to create accessible texts with residential information, which can replace the original texts in a suitable way. Bostads AB Mimer’s (a land lord company) residential information has been analysed and investigated through a readability analysis, an interview and a questionnaire. The interview was held with Mimer’s head of communications and the purpose was to find out what Mimer wants to convey with their website and too whom. The study shows that the information on Mimer’s website has to be improved. The texts address the reader as you and themselves as we or us but not in a consequent way. Some entities are not explained enough and information directed too the residents and too those who are searching for an apartment, is mixed.
