analisar como o professor de Educação Física trata o discurso da mídia (TV) esportiva no seu fazer pedagógico através da análise do trabalho pedagógico de dois professores de Educação Física sobre a Copa do Mundo de 2002. Discute aspectos das teorias comunicacionais, o processo tecnológico na escola e aborda a Educação Física no contexto histórico demonstrando aspectos relevantes do movimento pedagógico da mesma. Ao longo da pesquisa foram levantados dados sobre os procedimentos adotados pelo professor na utilização dos textos televisivos - aqui representados pela Copa do Mundo de 2002, - como ferramenta pedagógica. Verificou-se que, embora haja um esforço por parte dos professores em utilizar novas ferramentas para dinamizar a sua prática de ensino, o tratamento dado aos aspectos centrais desta prática se defronta com problemas da sua formação, já que os mesmos não tiveram no decurso da mesma, elementos que lhes habilitassem a trabalhar com novas linguagens no interior da escola. Pode-se inferir que os professores de Educação Física utilizam os textos midiáticos televisivos como um elemento a mais da sua prática pedagógica, porém, sem a necessária reflexão e aprofundamento dos elementos que o compõem. Diante disso, concluiu-se o trabalho recomendando que os cursos de formação de professores de Educação Física tenham, no seu projeto político-pedagógico, disciplinas que tratem dos aspectos comunicacionais midiáticos. Enfatizou-se, também, a necessidade de nos cursos de pós-graduação - tanto Latu quanto Strictu sensu - essa discussão se fazer presente, buscando estimular as relações interdisciplinares. Para tanto, a abertura de um canal de diálogos permanentes com outros campos do conhecimento que tenham aproximação com o campo comunicacional são necessários. Grupos de estudos específicos, que tenham como objetivo gerar conhecimentos com vista à elaboração de abordagens didático-pedagógicas devem ser valorizados. Por fim, foram conferidas sugestões acerca de novas pesquisas abordando esta temática, onde os professores sejam também pesquisadores, desenvolvendo uma pesquisa do tipo participante, de intervenção, onde todos possam construir coletivamente, alternativas didáticas para trabalhar com a mídia.
This Thesis results of a research whose main objective was to analyze how the professor of Physical Education deals with the speech of the sport media (tv) in its pedagogical act through the analysis of the pedagogical work of two professors of Physical Education on the 2002 World Cup. It debates aspects of the communicational theories, the technological process in the school and approaches the Physical Education in the historical context demonstrating excellent aspects of the pedagogical movement of the same one. Through the research they had been raised some points on the procedures adopted by the professor in the use of the televising texts - represented here by the 2002 World Cup, as pedagogical tool. It was verified that, even so it has an effort on the part of the professors in using new tools to develop its pratical skills of education, the treatment given to the main aspects of this pratical skills confronts with problems of its formation, since the same ones didn´t have during same one, elements that they qualified to them to work with new languages in the school. It can indicate that the professors of Physical Education use the televising media texts more as na element of pedagogical skills, however, without the necessary reflection and deepening of the elements that compose it. Finally, the work was concluded recommending that the courses of graduation of professors of Physical Education have, in its politicalpedagogical project, subjects that they deal with the communicational media aspects. It was also emphasized the necessity, in the Post-Graduation courses, on Latu as well as on Strictu sensu - this discussion be present, trying to stimulate the relationship between disciplines. So, it´s necessary an opening of a permanent canal of dialogues with other knowledge fields, which have connection with the communication field. They must value Groups of specific studies, which have as objective to generate knowledge as a result to the elaboration of didacticpedagogical. Concluding, they were given suggestions about new researches approaching this subject, which the professors are also researches developing a research as a participant type, of intervention, where everybody can build together, and didactics alternatives to work with the media.
