Research shows that there is wide acceptance of this teaching methodology and strong growth of supply and demand for these online courses. From this perspective, this study is intriguing and important to be situated in the context of the progress of distance education courses offered in Brazil, especially in Paraiba, through the Open University of Brazil, in which is embedded Virtual UFPB. Thus, we have a significant field for investigation of the phenomenon of interaction between the interlocutors student-student, student-tutor and student-discourse in the teaching process in the speeches posted on the forums held in the Virtual Learning Environment through the Moodle platform, in discipline of 3rd period - Reading and Writing II. The theoretical support is anchored in the light of the theory of dialogism of Bakhtin / Voloshinov (1929/2002), for whom language is dialogic and dynamic, being seen as a process of interaction among individuals located sociohistorical. In the area of b-learning, we selected authors as Behar (2009), Moran (2002), Levy (2001), Palloff and Pratt (2007), among others. In the case of the virtual environment, this dynamic is present in the speeches posted on the forums and the interaction is seen as crucial in the teaching of b-learning. We found that the virtual classroom takes on characteristics that are imposed as effective participation in the forums, collaborative learning, active subject in the teaching and learning. We identify and name types of interaction that occurs in these forums and highlights the learning collaboratively and permeated by the interaction. We have four types: student-student interaction, student-tutor interaction, student-discourse interaction and student-image interaction. This study seeks to reflect the prospect of open paths to the issues inherent in the virtual environment, in order to improve practice for effective teaching and learning suitable for the student. / A Educação a distância EaD é uma modalidade de ensino que se apresenta com uma possibilidade de formação acadêmica. As pesquisas revelam que há grande aceitação desta metodologia de ensino e forte crescimento da oferta e demanda por esses cursos virtuais. Nessa perspectiva, este estudo torna-se instigante e importante por estar situado num contexto de avanço dos cursos de Educação a distância oferecidos no Brasil, e em especial, na Paraíba, por meio da Universidade Aberta do Brasil - UAB, na qual a UFPB Virtual está inserida. Dessa forma, temos um campo significativo para averiguação do fenômeno de interação entre os interlocutores aluno-aluno, aluno-tutor e aluno-discurso do processo de ensino nos discursos postados nos fóruns realizados no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem- AVA, por meio da plataforma Moodle, na disciplina do 3º período - Leitura e Produção de texto II. O suporte teórico está alicerçado à luz da teoria do dialogismo de Bakhtin/Volochinov (1929/2002), para quem a linguagem é dialógica e dinâmica, sendo vista como processo de interação entre os sujeitos situados sociohistoricamente. Reportaremos também aos estudos na
área da Linguagem e dos gêneros, os autores Faraco (2003), Flores (2008), Marcuschi (2008). Na área da EaD, selecionamos os autores como Behar (2009), Moran (2002), Levy (2001), Palloff e Pratt (2007), entre outros. Em se tratando do ambiente virtual, esta dinamicidade se faz presente nos discursos postados nos fóruns e a interação é vista como determinante no ensino da EaD. Verificamos que a aula virtual assume características que lhe são impostas
como participação efetiva nos fóruns, aprendizagem colaborativa, sujeito ativo no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Identificamos e nomeamos tipologias de interação que ocorre nesses fóruns e evidencia o aprendizado de forma colaborativa e permeado pela interação. Tivemos
quatro tipologias: interação aluno-aluno, interação aluno-tutor, interação aluno-discurso e interação aluno-imagem. Este estudo busca a perspectiva de refletir a abrir caminhos para as questões inerentes ao ambiente virtual, com vistas ao aperfeiçoamento para uma eficaz prática docente e aprendizado satisfatório para o aluno.
