[pt] O objetivo dessa dissertação é analisar as possíveis convergências e divergências nos pensamentos de Marx em 1843 e de Espinosa. Analisa-se, em maior profundidade, as possíveis ressonâncias entre os conceitos de democracia em Espinosa e de verdadeira democracia em Marx. Com base na análise dos Cadernos Espinosa, da Crítica da Filosofia do Direito de Hegel, do Tratado Teológico-Político, da Ética e do Tratado Político, demonstra-se, por um lado, que há uma forte convergência entre os conceitos de democracia em Espinosa e Marx, por outro lado, a ação da problemática do humanismo teórico provoca um ideal de sociedade transparente no qual os efeitos do imaginário são neutralizados na ideia de verdadeira democracia. / [en] The aim of this dissertation is to analyse the possible convergences and divergences in the thoughts of Marx in 1843 and Spinoza. It is analysed in greater depth, the possible resonances between the concepts of democracy in Spinoza and of true democracy in Marx. Based on the analysis of books Spinoza, the Critique of Hegel s Philosophy of Right, the Theological-Political Treatise, Ethics and Political Treatise, it is demonstrated, on the one hand, there is a strong convergence between the concepts of democracy in Spinoza and Marx, on the other hand, the action of the problematic of theoretical humanism provokes an ideal of a transparent society in which the effects of the imaginary are neutralized in the idea of true democracy.
