Syftet med följande arbete är att få en bild av hur fritidspedagoger och biträdande rektorer ser på möjligheten för barn med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder att få stöd under sin vistelse på fritidshem.MetodMed den kvalitativa metoden ostrukturerade intervjuer, har jag samtalat med fritidspedagoger och biträdande rektorer om vilket stöd barn med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder får på fritidshemmet samt vem som identifierar barn i behov av särskilt stöd.ResultatEn sammanfattning av resultatet visar att rollosäkra fritidspedagoger med bristande kunskaper är ansvariga för att identifiera de barn och det stödbehov som finns. Detta behov kommuniceras till den biträdande rektorn, som inom de organisatoriska och ekonomiska ramarna, beslutar om eventuellt stöd till barnet och handledning till fritidspedagogen. Nyckelord: Barn i behov av särskilt stöd, fritidshem, neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder / The aim with this essay is to get the wiew of how schoolage childcarepedagogues and assistant headmasters see the possibility for support to children with neuropsychiatric disabilities during their stay in schoolage childcare. With the qualitative method of unstructured interviews I have had conversations with schoolage childcarepedagogues and assistant headmasters about what kind of support children with neuropsychiatric disabilities recieve at the schoolage childcare and the responsibility of identifying children who need special support. ResultA summary of the result reveald that roleunsecure schoolage childcarepedagogues with little or no knowledge are responsible for identifying the children who need support and what kind of support the need. The pedagogues then communicate this to thier assistant headmasters who then makes the decision whether or not to support the child and the pedagogue. The decision has to be made according to the organisatoric and economical frames within the system.
