Everywhere you look in today’s society many kinds of people are constantly interacting with each other. Especially in large groups of people working together, the phenomenon is even greater. In the construction industry there are many kinds of parts that need to come together in order to get sustainable and successful results. Therefore the relationship between the contractor and the construction client must be at its best. However, increasing construction costs has led to a debate about the relationship between the contractor and the construction client. Does the relationship need a boost? If so, what will it take in order to keep it in balance and in order of it to maintain it’s good shape?
