232854.pdf: 1311357 bytes, checksum: 8c73a56280b419cb27b1a38c208011f5 (MD5) / O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as transformações da atividade pesqueira e agrícola na localidade de Serraria, em seus aspectos sociais e econômicos, relativas à produção agrícola e principalmente à pesqueira, relacionando-as com as modificações na forma de produzir dos pescadores, com a evolução da ocupação do solo no período histórico pesquisado (década de 1940 a 2001), e suas interações com os municípios de Biguaçu, Florianópolis e São José, da qual a localidade hoje é bairro, com a finalidade de compreender por que essas atividades vêm desaparecendo ou extinguiram-se ao longo do tempo. Esta pesquisa do tipo 'Pura', quanto à análise e interpretação dos dados, adotou uma abordagem qualitativa. Quanto aos objetivos, a pesquisa foi classificada como Exploratória, Descritiva e Explicativa. As fontes de informação foram obtidas por intermédio da pesquisa bibliográfica e da pesquisa de campo. Para a coleta de dados da pesquisa de campo, foram realizadas dez entrevistas com pescadores e moradores da localidade de Serraria, com aproximadamente uma hora de conversação em cada depoimento. O tipo de entrevista utilizado foi o despadronizado ou não-estruturado. O estudo está dividido em cinco capítulos: Na introdução, são apresentados os objetivos, a justificativa e os procedimentos metodológicos da pesquisa. O segundo capítulo refere-se à descrição da área de estudo, situando geograficamente a localidade de Serraria e a sua relação geomorfológica com as Baías Norte e Sul da Microrregião de Florianópolis. O terceiro capítulo trata dos primórdios da ocupação lusitana e um resumo das atividades econômicas da região. O quarto capítulo refere-se à evolução da pesca no Brasil, considerando que o início das mudanças, ocorridas em Serraria, está diretamente ligada ao contato dos pescadores com a pesca em locais nos quais os níveis das forças produtivas eram mais avançados. O quinto capítulo descreve as transformações econômicas e sociais que ocorreram em Serraria no período que vai da década de 1940 até o ano de 2001, através da analise e interpretação dos depoimentos dos entrevistados. Nas Considerações Finais, discute-se a passagem da produção individual da vida para a coletiva, sob a ótica do modo de produção capitalista. Concluiu-se que, nos dias atuais, o cotidiano de Serraria está completamente inserido na dinâmica do modo de produção capitalista globalizado. A agricultura desapareceu por completo e, na pesca, alguns poucos pescadores ainda subsistem precariamente. Outros passaram a exercer diferentes atividades que, aos poucos, foram inseridas no processo de urbanização da localidade. Outros, ainda, fizeram-se desnecessários à acumulação do capital.
The objective of this study is to analyze the transformations of the fishing and agricultural activity in the place of Serraria, in their social and economical aspects, relative to the agricultural production and mainly to the fishing, relating them with the modifications in the form of producing of the fishermen, with the evolution of the occupation of the soil in the researched historical period (decade from 1940 to 2001), and their interactions with the municipal districts of Biguaçu, Florianópolis and São José, of the which the place today is neighborhood, with the purpose of understanding why those activities are disappearing or they extinguished along the time. This research of the type 'Pure', as for the analysis and interpretation of the data, it adopted a qualitative approach. As for the objectives, the research was classified as Exploratory, Descriptive and Explanatory. The sources of information were obtained through the bibliographical research and of the field research. For the collection of data of the field research, ten interviews were accomplished with fishermen and residents of the place of Serraria, with approximately one hour of conversation in each deposition. The interview type used was the no-standardize or no-structured. The study is divided in five chapters: In the introduction, the objectives, the justification and the methodological procedures of the research are presented. The second chapter refers to the description of the study area, placing the place of Sawmill and his/her relationship geomorfológica geographically with the North and South Bays of Region of Florianópolis. The third chapter treats of the origins of the Portuguese occupation and a summary of the economical activities of the area. The fourth chapter refers to the evolution of the fishing in Brazil, considering that the beginning of the changes, happened at Serraria, it is directly linked to the contact of the fishermen with the fishing in places us which the levels of the productive forces were more advanced. The fifth chapter describes the economical and social transformations that it's happened at Serraria in the period that is going from the decade of 1940 to the year of 2001; through it analyzes her and interpretation of the interviewees' depositions. In the Final Considerations, the passage of the individual production of the life is discussed for the collective, under the optics in the way of capitalist production. It was ended that, in the current days, the daily of Sawmill is completely inserted in the dynamics in the way of production capitalist globalized. The agriculture disappeared entirely and, in the fishing, some few fishermen still precarious subsist. Others started to exercise different activities that, little by little, they were inserted in the process of urbanization of the place. Other, still, they were done unnecessary to the accumulation of the capital.
