The conclusion showed that there are some differences in the two sectors recruitment processes. The primary thing is that the recruitment process in the public sector managed in a much stricter manner than in the private sector. In the public sectors there are more stricter rules to follow whereas the private sector has more space to go “outside the box” if they havea good reason for it. The study has also shown that discrimination exists in both the public and private sector for various reasons, this is something both sectors actively are trying to work against.
