Previous issue date: 2016-08-23 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior (CAPES) / Esta tese tem como objeto de investiga??o as representa??es discursivas de v?tima e de agressor em textos de inqu?ritos policiais. As quest?es que norteiam a pesquisa s?o: a) quais as representa??es discursivas de v?tima e de agressor em inqu?ritos policiais? b) como as representa??es discursivas de v?tima e de agressor s?o constru?das nesse documento e qual o papel que essas representa??es desempenham para a orienta??o argumentativa do texto? Diante delas, o objetivo geral da pesquisa ? investigar a composi??o das representa??es discursivas de v?tima e de agressor em inqu?ritos policiais. Como objetivo espec?fico, analisa o modo como a composi??o de uma representa??o (v?tima, agressor) contribui para a constru??o de sentidos nos textos dos inqu?ritos analisados. Parte-se da hip?tese de que as escolhas lingu?sticas utilizadas para construir uma determinada representa??o, no caso, a representa??o discursiva de v?tima e de agressor, s?o feitas com um determinado objetivo, isto ?, em fun??o de um determinado prop?sito argumentativo, de acordo com as inten??es do enunciador (sua visada discursiva) ? defender(-se) e/ou acusar, incriminar. A pesquisa insere-se no ?mbito te?rico geral da Lingu?stica de Texto, mais especificamente, na An?lise Textual dos Discursos (ATD), proposta por Adam (2011). Inserida no paradigma qualitativo de car?ter descritivo, trata-se de uma pesquisa documental, cujo corpus ? constitu?do por nove inqu?ritos policiais relacionados com crimes de viol?ncia praticados contra a mulher. Nos procedimentos de an?lise, utiliza-se as categorias te?ricas da representa??o discursiva, como a referencia??o, a predica??o, a modifica??o, a localiza??o espa?o-temporal, a conex?o e a compara??o. Os resultados evidenciam que as representa??es discursivas de v?tima e de agressor s?o constru?das de modo diverso, nos v?rios documentos do inqu?rito, conforme as perspectivas (ou pontos de vista) das fontes enunciativas por interm?dio das quais se tenta reconstituir o fato imputado como delituoso ? a agress?o contra uma mulher. Em fun??o de suas a??es de linguagem (visadas, objetivos), em situa??es enunciativas marcadas por uma delegacia de pol?cia, tem-se a constru??o discursiva de uma imagem institucionalizada por vozes (enunciadores) documentadas e, como tal, institu?das como fontes autorizadas de um dizer constitutivo da figura jur?dico-policial ?v?tima?. Desse modo, a partir do que dizem nos textos analisados (a pr?pria v?tima, as testemunhas, os acusados e a delegada), as imagens ou representa??es de ?v?tima? e de ?agressor? podem ser consideradas, enunciativamente, como o efeito de estrat?gias argumentativas no sentido de promover a??es discursivas pr?prias da forma??o s?cio-discursiva jur?dico-policial. / The object of investigation in this dissertation is the discursive representation of victims and perpetrators of violence in the police reports of criminal investigations. The guiding questions for this research are: a) what are the discursive representations of victims and perpetrators in the police reports of criminal investigations; b) how are the discursive representations of victims and perpetrators formed in these documents and what role do these representations play in structuring the argument of the text? Given these questions, the general objective of the research is to investigate the shaping of the discursive representations of victims and perpetrators of violence in the police reports of criminal investigations. One of the specific objectives is to analyze how the construction of representations (victim, perpetrator) contribute to create meanings in the investigative texts chosen. The research is based on the hypothesis that the linguistic choices used to form a particular representation, in this case, the discursive representation of victims and perpetrators of violence, are formed with a specific objective, in other words, to serve a specific argumentative purpose, according to the intentions of the speaker (their discursive intention) ?defending, accusing, or incriminating. The research is based on a theoretical perspective of Textual Linguistics, more specifically, Textual Discourse Analysis (TDA), as proposed by Adam (2011). Within a qualitative research paradigm, this study is characterized as documentary research, which focuses on a corpus of nine investigative police reports related to crimes of violence against women. In the process of analysis, the theoretical categories used in the discursive representation are: referencing, predication, modification, spatial-temporal localization, connection and comparison. The results show that the discursive representations of victims and perpetrators of violent crimes are developed in various ways, in different documents of the investigation, depending on the perspectives (or point of view) of the sources of utterance, by an intermediary, who must attempt to reconstruct the alleged criminal act ?violence against a woman. In function of the actions of language (intentions, objectives), in marked situations of utterance by a police official, a discourse is constructed of an institutionalized image by documented voices (speakers) and, as such, instituted as authorized sources of speech that construct the figure of a legalistic-police ?victim?. Thus, based on the utterances of the texts analyzed (by the victims themselves, the witnesses, the accused and the deputy officer), the images or representations of the ?victim? and of the ?aggressor? can be considered, from the perspective of utterance, as the result of strategies of argumentation in order to promote specific discursive actions that are formed as socio-discursive, and legalistic-police.
