We chose to write about how and what after-school teachers can do to create security and trust in students. We chose to have our focus on the breaks because that is where it is easier for us to see that the after-school teacher can create security and trust in the students. In this essay, "Leaderships on the breaks - A quality study about after-school teachers work with safety and trust", we have described how after-school teachers can contribute to safety and trust in students during breaks. In our previous research, we will describe our selected theories, relational pedagogy, conversation analysis, coexistence skills and how security and trust can be achieved. Later in our analysis, we will address responses we have received from interviews and observations we have made. We will conclude with a discussion of how all the material we have collected relates to our questions and how they could be answered.
