SUELINE SILVA DE SOUZA.pdf: 4614086 bytes, checksum: 308b3c5cc6c4ad7cda231325e32e8485 (MD5) / Esta dissertação tem por objetivo avaliar como a APAEB trata à dimensão da saúde e segurança dos seus associados e colaboradores no ambiente laboral, identificando as principais ações desenvolvidas, bem como motivações para tal. A pesquisa caracteriza-se, quanto aos fins, como descritiva e adota uma abordagem qualitativa. Para a realização da mesma quanto aos meios, partiu-se inicialmente das pesquisas bibliográfica e documental, essa última realizada em documentos cedidos pela APAEB. Na fase de pesquisa de campo, optou-se por utilizar, como instrumentos de coleta, três diferentes metodos de coleta de dados primários: a observação não participante da rotina laboral da planta industrial; a entrevista com gestores e supervisores do empreendimento APAEB; e formulários para avaliação da cultura da segurança e aspectos ergonômicos junto aos trabalhadores. Após coleta, tratamento e análise dos dados verifica-se que o mundo do trabalho, embora tenha sofrido inúmeras mudanças ao longo dos tempos, em relação aos empreendimentos associativos, a realidade é bastante complexa, pois é evidenciada uma despreocupação com o fator segurança em função de uma busca incessante por viabilidade econômica e administrativa. A ausência de interesse por parte dos empreendimentos em estudos desta natureza reflete a baixa maturidade da cultura da segurança. O estudo na APAEB comprova que investir em saúde e segurança laboral é imprescindível e viável economicamente e socialmente, que realidades podem ser modificadas a partir de iniciativas preventivas, e que estas garantem qualidade de vida aos trabalhadores. Apresenta-se como resultados deste trabalho duas Tecnologias de Gestão Social, correspondentes à elaboração de um site e uma cartilha que abordam a temática da saúde e segurança laboral em linguagem acessível e direcionada aos trabalhadores e associados de empreendimentos coletivos. / ABSTRACT
This work aims to evaluate how APAEB treats the issue of health and safety of its associates and co-workers at the labor environment, identifying the main implemented actions as well as the motivation. The research is characterized as descriptive and adopts a qualitative approach. The accomplishment of the research, as for the means, was started from bibliographic and documentary data in documents provided by APAEB. In the field research phase, three different methods were used as primary data collection instruments: the non-participating observation of the labor routine of the industrial plant; interview with managers and supervisors of the APAEB enterprise; and forms for evaluation of the culture of safety and ergonomic aspects among the workers. After collection, treatment and analysis of the data, it was observed that the world of working, although has been through a number of changes over time in which concerns to associative enterprises, displays a really complex reality, since it was evidenced a lack of concern with the security factor due to an incessant search for economic and administrative viability. The absence of interest among the enterprises in studies of this nature reflects the low maturity of the culture of security. The study on APAEB shows that investing in labor health and safety is indispensable and economically and socially viable, that realities can be changed from preventive initiatives and that they guarantee quality of life for workers. As results of this work, two social management technologies are presented, corresponding to the elaboration of a website and a chart that tackle the issue of labor health and safety in accessible language and directed for associates and co-workers of collective ventures.
