Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo traçar paisagens da memória da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) através das narrativas de vida e trabalho de servidores de apoio da instituição. Trata-se de um tema original: buscou-se completar uma lacuna da história e memória da UFRGS, que não contempla extensivamente esse grupo particular de servidores. Seu viés metodológico foi qualitativo e descritivo: foram entrevistados 16 servidores de apoio, com gravação em áudio, degravação e transcriação de suas narrativas. A análise apresentou o perfil dos narradores e teceu quatro paisagens da memória: “A UFRGS é meu espaço”, “A UFRGS me faz sentir”, “A UFRGS é minha morada” e “A UFRGS é meu riso”. Através delas, identificaram-se lugares e acontecimentos que permeiam os sentidos e sentimentos dos entrevistados pela Instituição, além de percepções diferenciadas dos servidores sobre seus sentimentos de pertencimento. Como conclusão, destaca-se o reconhecimento desta categoria como agente histórico da UFRGS e a criação de um espaço de pesquisa e investigação no Museu da UFRGS contendo os documentos e análises geradas pela pesquisa. / This research aimed to outline landscapes of memory from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) through life and work narratives of the institution support staff. This is an original theme: we attempted to fill a gap in the history and memory of the UFRGS, which do not extensively, covers this particular group of staff. This methodological bias was qualitative and descriptive: they were interviewed 16 support staffs with audio recording, erasure and transcreation of their narratives. The analysis presented the profile of the narrators and wove four memory landscapes: "UFRGS is my space", "UFRGS makes me feel," "UFRGS is my home" and "UFRGS is my laughter." Through them, they identified places and events that permeate the senses and feelings of those interviewed by the institution, as well as different perceptions of the staffs about their feelings of belonging. In conclusion, there is recognition that category as historical agent of UFRGS and the creation of a space for research and investigation in the UFRGS Museum containing documents and analysis generated by research.
