<p>The culture center studied has gone from being organized by enthusiasts and ideals, to being institutionalized with a educational association responsible for the management. The questions discussed are – how this change affects the active people in the house and what consequences these changes make for the institution of the house and for the regular management.</p> / <p>Kulturhuset som studeras har gått från att med eldsjälar och idealism vara ett fritt drivit replokalshus, till att bli en tydlig institution med ett studieförbund som sköter driften. Uppsatsen behandlar frågor om hur denna förändring påverkar de aktiva i huset och vad dessa förändringar får för konsekvenser, både för huset som institution och för den praktiska driften. </p>
