Syftet med studien har varit att bidra med ökad kunskap om de olika perspektiv som finns i det specialpedagogiska uppdraget. Detta har gjorts genom att undersöka förväntningar, uppfattningar och ramar hos rektorer, lärare och elevhälsopersonal. Studien är gjord utifrån en ekologisk systemteoretisk teori med en fenomenografisk forskningsansats där man tolkar och analyserar uppfattningar med kvalitativ intervju som metod. Uppfattningar hos informanterna har varit det centrala. Pedagogiska perspektiv som synliggjorts är det relationella- och det kompensatoriska i analysen slagit samman till elevsyn. Studien visar på att det fanns skillnader i uppfattningar rörande speciallärar- och specialpedagoguppdraget mellan informanterna, vidare såg några av informanterna specialpedagogen som en övergripande specialist. Studiens resultat redovisar också synsätt, tolkningar och uppfattningar gällande handledning, det förebyggande, främjande och åtgärdande arbetet och vem som ska ha ansvaret för elever i behov av särskilt stöd. Det fanns bland lärarna skillnader i uppfattningar och förväntningar på specialpedagogen men genom en tydlig arbetsbeskrivning, skulle förståelsen för uppdraget kunna öka. / Gustavsson, Johanna (2020). The purpose of the study has been to gain increased knowledge about the different perspectives contained in the special education assignment. I have done this by examining the expectations, perceptions and frameworks of principals, teachers and student health staff. The study is done with ecological systems theory and a phenomenographic research approach where one interprets and analyzes perceptions with qualitative interview as method. The views of the informants have been central. Educational perspectives that have been made visible are like the relational and compensatory ones that I have combined in the analysis in views of pupils. Differences between the special teacher assignment and the special education assignment and that some mentioned the special educator as an overall specialist. The results of the study presents the views, interpretations and perceptions regarding supervision, the prevention, promotion and corrective work and who should be responsible for students in need of special support and the assignment as a whole. Teachers want to be able to influence efforts to varying degrees and differences in perceptions and expectations exist.
