of the Basic Education mediated by the teacher with the use of trigonometric applications
in the Sport through the interaction capable of leading learners to meaningful learning
through the use of every Day situations. The problems that motivated this research were
the following questions: Why is it necessary to know the history of the branches of
Mathematics, especially Trigonometry? How important is the teacher teaching
Trigonometry? Is it possible to apply Trigonometry in Sport? In view of these questions
the objective of this work is to discuss the relevance of this mathematical branch in the life
of the student, to the application of the same in situations of sports problems, such as
soccer and dart throwing, and to debate the inclusion of the History of Mathematics as a
didactic resource in the process of teaching learning, see king to analyze their potential as
tools conducive to contextualization and to the meaningful learning of this mathematical
content in the classroom. The relevance of the work lies in the fact of see king to draw the
attention of the people involved in the educational process, in the use of Trigonometry in
several areas, especially in sports and to seek a new look at teaching mathematics and
encourage the search for initiatives to improve and solve the problems that were
presented in relation to teaching learning of trigonometry. / Este trabalho analisa situações e possibilidades no ensino aprendizagem de matemática
para alunos do Ensino básico mediadas pelo professor com o uso de aplicações
trigonométricas no esporte por meio da interação capaz de conduzir os aprendizes à
aprendizagens significativas por meio de utilização de situações do nosso cotidiano. A
problemática que motivou esta pesquisa foram as seguintes questões: Porquê é
necessário saber a história dos ramos da Matemática, em especial da Trigonometria?
Qual a importância do professor no ensino aprendizagem da Trigonometria? É possível
aplicarmos a Trigonometria no Esporte? Diante destas perguntas o trabalho tem objetivo
de discutir a relevância desse ramo matemático na vida do educando, à aplicação do
mesmo em situações problemas do esporte, como futebol e lançamento de dardo, além
de colocar em debate a inclusão do uso da História da Matemática como recurso didáticono processo de ensino aprendizagem, buscando analisar suas potencialidades como
instrumentos propícios à contextualização e às aprendizagens significativas deste
conteúdo matemático em sala de aula. A relevância do trabalho está no fato de procurar
chamar a atenção das pessoas envolvidas no processo educacional, na utilização da
Trigonometria em várias áreas, em especial, no esporte e buscar um novo olhar para o
ensino da matemática e incentivar a busca de iniciativas para melhorar e solucionar os
problemas que foram apresentados em relação ao ensino aprendizagem da
Trigonometria.
