El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si el precio pagado por COFIDE en la recompra de sus acciones comunes clase B a su accionista la Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF) se encontraba en línea con el valor fundamental de la empresa al cierre del ejercicio del 2012, que es la fecha con información auditada más próxima a la ejecución de la recompra de acciones en junio de 2013. El precio pagado por COFIDE fue equivalente a su valor patrimonial contable de S/ 1.45 por acción. / The objective of this research paper is to determine if the price paid by COFIDE in the repurchase of its class B common shares to its shareholder the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) was in line with the company fundamental value at the end of the year 2012, which is the date with audited information closest to the execution of the repurchase of shares in June 2013. The price paid by COFIDE was equivalent to its book value of S/1.45 per share. / Tesis
