OBJETIVO: Determinar la asociación de ciertos factores en la decisión del aborto en pacientes con antecedente de aborto provocado.
METODOLOGIA: Estudio Retrospectivo, transversal, correlacional realizado en el Instituto Especializado Materno Perinatal (Mayo - Julio del 2004). Estudiamos los factores familia, pareja, económico, personal y reproductivo en la decisión del aborto provocado en mujeres con este antecedente. Se aplicó entrevistas probabilística por conveniencia a 117 mujeres (95% de confianza y error ±5). Se analizó vía SPSS y Epi Info, el análisis fue a través del Chi cuadrado (significativo p<0.05) y OR IC95%.
RESULTADO: El 81.2% presentaron un sólo factor, 17.1% dos factores, y 1.7% tres factores. El 36.8% fue determinado por el factor pareja, 35% por el factor familia, 23% por el factor personal, 11.1% por el factor económico y por el 10.3% el factor reproductivo. En la decisión del aborto provocado, el factor económico es 25 veces más probable con tres factores (OR: 25.14 IC95% 1.48-811.2). El factor familia es 8 veces más probable y (OR: 8.4 IC95% 2.5-29.86) y el factor pareja es 6 veces más probable con dos factores (OR: 6.1 IC95% 1.61-16.35), todos estadísticamente significativos (p<0.05). Los factores reproductivos y personales no fueron significativos
CONCLUSION:: En orden descendente, la pareja, la familia, el futuro personal, el económico y el reproductivo están determinando la decisión de un aborto provocado, en la mayoría de ellos solo se requiere la presencia de uno (81.2%) y dos factores (17.1%). / -- OBJETIVE: Settle that associate the some factors in the decide of the abortions in patient whit antecedent of induced abortions.
Méthodes: Estudy Retrospective, transversal and correlational, maked in the Especiality Institud Perinatal Mather (May - July del 2004). We have studied to the family factor, the couple factor, the economic factor, the reproductive factor and the future personnal factor in the decide to have an induced abortions in women whit this antecedent. We have aplycaded an interview probabilistic by convenient to 117 women (mistake ±5). We have used SPSS and Epi Info programs for analise the dates. We have used the Chi square (significative p<0.05) y RO IC95%.
Résultats: The 81.2% had only one factor, 17.1% two factors, y 1.7% three factors in the decide of have induced abortion. The couple factor is a 36.8%, the family factor is a 35% , future personnel factor is a 23%, the economic factor is a 11.1%, the reproductive factor is a 10.3%. In the dicede of an induced abortions the economic factor is 25 more time probably when the woman to have three factor in the decide (RO: 25.14 IC95% 1.48-811.2). The family factor is 8 more time probably (OR: 8.4 IC95% 2.5-29.86) and the couple factor is 6 more time probably when the woman have two factors in the dicede to have an abortion. (OR: 6.1 IC95% 1.61-16.35) significative statistician (p<0.05). The reproductive factor and future personnal factors it wasn’t significative statistician.
Conclusions:: In order descendant, the couple factor, the family factor, the future personnel factor, the economic factor, the reproductive factors determine the decide to have an induced abortions, in the majority that they only requiered the one factor for the dicede to have an induced abortions (81.2%) and two factors (17.1%).
