Bahia, focalizando os municípios de Conceição da Feira e São Gonçalo dos
Campos. Aponta uma leitura da dinâmica territorial do segmento agroindustrial
avícola a partir da implantação do sistema integrado de produção avícola nesses municípios, considerando que este sistema de produção constitui um dos pilares norteadores da territorialidade das principais empresas avícolas instaladas nos referidos municípios. Nesta perspectiva, o território constitui um elemento importante na análise, pois, o processo de expansão da avicultura de corte baiana envolve alterações nas relações de poder no interior do circuito produtivo da produção avícola. Por isso, a territorialidade é apreendida neste estudo como o conjunto das ações e estratégias implementadas pelas
agroindustriais visando-se criar condições sociais, econômicas e políticas
capazes de possibilitar a sua permanência e reprodução em um dado espaço. Assim, o presente estudo procura discutir a dinâmica do sistema integrado de produção na lógica da empresa integradora, assim como, na perspectiva dos produtores integrados, procurando identificar os principais impactos que caracterizam a expansão da avicultura de corte. Deste modo, o estudo revelou que uma nova territorialidade da avicultura de corte é engendrada na Bahia,
sobretudo, nesses municípios, pois, a adoção do sistema integrado provocou modificações nas relações de trabalho e de produção. / ABSTRACT
This dissertation analyzes the territoriality of the court aviculture in the State of
the Bahia focusing the municipal districts of Conceição da Feira and São
Gonçalo dos Campos. It aims a reading of the territorial dynamics of the
segment poultry agro industrial production in those municipal districts,
considering that this production system constitutes one of the pillars that direct
the territoriality of the main poultry companies installed in the referred municipal
districts. The territory constitutes an important element in the analyses, because
the expansion process of the baiana court aviculture involves alterations in the
power relationships in the interior of the productive circuit of the poultry
production. The territoriality is seized in this study as a complex of the
implemented acts and strategies by the agro industrials sighting to create
social, economic and politic conditions that enable its permanency and
reproduction in a specific space. Thus, this study tries to discuss the dynamics
of the integrated system of production in the logic of the integrated enterprise
and, also, in the respective of the integrated producers, trying to identify the
main impacts that it characterizes the expansion of the court aviculture. The
study revealed that a new territoriality of the court aviculture is engendered in
Bahia, above all, in those municipal districts, because, the adoption of the
integrated system provoked alterations in the work relationships and of
production.
