Previous issue date: 2002-12-31 / The following research, offers a reading of the studies accomplished at the
Hospital e Maternidade Jardim América, in Goiânia-GO, during the period of January
2000 to January 2001. The main reason for this search was the observations done with
in-patients stay at several hospitals and that have presented different behaviors in the
on going of the hospitalization period. These patients, most of the time, have changed
their attitudes when they had received visitors that tried to comfort them with words and
religious prayers. These patients have started to cope more and more with the
therapeutics proposal and, this way, they early found the cure.
In this present study we have tried to divide our work in four parts. Firstly,
we provide a theoretical referencial that, we hope, might help and give subsidies to the
patients in their incentive psychotherapy. Also, we try to lead these patients to find a
certain sense in their lives. Then, it follows the interpretation and the anthropological
analysis of the biblical texts and of how these people can understand them and, also
use their message to improve the quality of their lives in the reality of these days . We
continued our studies with the reading of how the patients face the disease, the pain and
the suffering within an hospitalar institution. And to conclude our research, based on the
texts of Luke s Gospel, mainly in the prodigal son s parable ( Lk 15: 11-32); we place
Jesus Christ as the center of our life s project, for He was the One responsible for
disseminating love, compassion and mercy through all the mankind. / A pesquisa em questão oferece uma leitura dos estudos realizados no Hospital e
Maternidade Jardim América, de Goiânia-GO, no período de janeiro de 2000 a janeiro
de 2001. A principal busca por esta pesquisa foram as observações feitas em pacientes
que se encontravam internados em diversos hospitais e que apresentavam
comportamentos diversos no decorrer do período de hospitalização. Estes, na maioria
das vezes, mudavam as suas atitudes mediante visitas de pessoas que procuravam
confortá-los com palavras e orações religiosas. Os pacientes passavam a cooperar
cada vez mais com a terapêutica proposta e, assim, encontravam a cura precocemente.
Neste presente estudo procuramos dividir o nosso trabalho em quatro partes.
Primeiramente apresentamos um referencial teórico que possa ajudar e dar subsídios
aos pacientes na sua psicoterapia de incentivo. Fazendo, os mesmos, a encontrarem
um determinado sentido em suas vidas. Depois, a interpretação e a análise
antropológica dos textos bíblicos e de como estas pessoas podem entender e melhorar
a qualidade de suas vidas na realidade dos dias de hoje. Prosseguimos os nossos
estudos com a compreensão de como os pacientes encaram a doença, a dor e o
sofrimento dentro de uma instituição hospitalar. E para finalizar nossa pesquisa,
baseada no evangelho de Lucas, principalmente na parábola do filho pródigo ( Lc
15:11-32); nós colocamos Jesus Cristo como o centro do nosso projeto de vida, pois ele
foi o responsável em disseminar o amor, a compaixão e a misericórdia por toda a
humanidade.
