Previous issue date: 2018-02-15 / Currently, renal transplantation is the substitutive renal therapy that has the best cost-effectiveness for the treatment of kidney disease. However, the patient should necessarily take care to maintain the graft and prevent complications. In this sense, the use of technological strategies such as educational video can help nurses in the health education process, promoting positive results. The objective was to elaborate and validate an educational vide to promote the health of the patient after renal transplantation. Methodological study, developed in three stages: integrative review, educational video planning and development, and content validation process. An integrative review was carried out with the purpose of a theoretical basis for elaboration of the construct and was divided in six domains that composed the video: medication, hygiene, physical contact, general care, nutritional guidelines, signs and symptoms of alertness and outpatient follow-up. The edited video was evaluated by seven judges, health professionals and specialists in the area of renal transplantation, where they evaluated four domains (objectives, concept of idea, structure and presentation, and relevance). In all four domains the technology was obtained IVC (Content Validity Index) higher than 0.80 in both the individual evaluation of the questions I-CVI (Level Content Validity Index) and in the general evaluation S-CVI / AVE (Scale-Level Content Validity Index, Average Calculation Method). The educational video "Now you are a renal transplant patient" was developed and validated for health promotion after a kidney transplant, with a view to adhering to the patient's treatment after discharge. The evaluation process included a multiprofessional team related to kidney transplants content specialists and professionals with technical experience in video construction, statistically demonstrating that video is relevant and presents itself as a useful tool in the health education activities developed by nurses to promote the health of the patients to the treatment after renal transplantation.

Educational technology. / Atualmente, o transplante renal é a terapia renal substitutiva que tem o melhor custo efetividade para o tratamento da doença renal. Entretanto, o paciente deverá adotar cuidados necessários para manutenção do enxerto e prevenção de complicações. Nesse sentido, a utilização de estratégias tecnológicas como o vídeo educativo pode auxiliar o enfermeiro no processo de educação em saúde promovendo resultados positivos. Objetivou-se elaborar e validar um vídeo educativo para promoção da saúde do paciente após o transplante renal. Estudo metodológico, desenvolvido em três etapas: revisão integrativa, planejamento e desenvolvimento do vídeo educativo e processo de validação do conteúdo. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa com a finalidade de um embasamento teórico para elaboração do construto e foi dividido em seis domínios que compuseram o vídeo: medicação, higiene, contato físico, cuidados gerais, orientações nutricionais, sinais e sintomas de alerta e acompanhamento ambulatorial. O vídeo editado passou pela avaliação de sete juízes, profissionais da saúde e especialistas na área de transplante renal, os quais avaliaram quatro domínios (objetivos, conceito de ideia, estrutura e apresentação, e relevância). Em todos os quatro domínios a tecnologia obteve IVC (Content Validity Index) superior a 0,80 tanto na avaliação individual dos quesitos I-CVI (Level Content Validity Index) como na avaliação geral S-CVI/AVE (Scale-Level Content Validity Index, Average Calculation Method). O vídeo educativo ¿Agora você é um paciente transplantado renal¿ foi elaborado e validado para promoção da saude do paciente após um transplante renal, com vistas a adesão ao tratamento do paciente após alta hospitalar. O processo de avaliação incluiu uma equipe multiprofissional relacionada ao transplante renal especialistas em conteudo, demonstrando estatisticamente que o vídeo é relevante e se apresenta como uma ferramenta útil nas atividades de educação em saúde desenvolvida pelos enfermeiros para promoção da saúde dos pacientes ao tratamento pós-transplante renal.
